As a gryphon, Seridle's digestive system starts with her beak. She has no teeth, but can bite down with the sharp edges. She must make a bobbing motion to swallow. Her internal flesh is natural colored.
Crop
She has a short neck, before the prey slips into the crop. The crop sits at the base of her neck, and is a soft, squishy sack that safely stores treats for a time. She can control whether things come back up from her crop or are pushed further along.
Stomach
The stomach is like any other and digests things, and she can't bring stuff back up voluntarily.
Gizzard
The gizzard is a strong muscular organ pass the stomach that receives its fluids and can crunch down and break bones through mechanical action. Once thoroughly liquified, the chyme is pushed on, but the indigestibles like fur, bones, clothing, and the like are compressed into a pellet, and returned to the crop, where they will be later expelled out the mouth.
The Rest
Everything else proceeds as normal, through the small intestine, the large intestine, and then out, with a note that anything expelled typically contains no trace of the prey unless she overate.

Details
Serilde is a gruff mercenary predator, and as such she's got an appetite to match her active lifestyle. A bird like her can only subsist on meat, and she'll usually go after the criminal elements that she comes up against in her line of work. Ruthless, she will gulp them down to help fuel her work. She's not above hunting when she needs to as well. Sometimes she can be sadistic with her prey when she thinks they deserve it, breaking them down mentally as well as physically for her own pleasure. Overall, she's a very physical hunter.
If one tries to have her as prey, they better come in expecting a fight. She will not go down easily, and her sharp claws and talons can take a toll on the insides of most predators.
