Ruzeth is fairly mild-mannered and as a natural herbavore he can be the target for those who might think he would be an easy meal. He likes to get close to gryphons and other exotics, and so that puts him at greater risk of being snatched up. Plus he's friends with several predators which can make for awkward situations.
Sometimes though, he may end up consuming a potion that gives him a more predatory instinct, or he might end up getting encouraged by one of his more predatory friends to give it a try. On those occasions he might end up predding.
