04:03 GyroTech saddles up to Saphling and runs his tail against her flank.

04:06 GyroTech smiles at her and giggles. "Hey Saphling~ you disappeared for a bit. How are you doing?"

04:14 Saphling gives him a small smile. "Hello again, Gyro. I'm doing well enough."

04:20 GyroTech drapes a a hoof around around Saphling's neck and gives her a squeeze. "Where did you run off to recently."

04:22 Saphling sighs. "I had to go away for a bit."

04:27 GyroTech pulls himself out of the hug and nuzzles her neck. "Well, you're no worse for wear anyway, just as cute as ever."

04:35 Saphling steps back a bit. "You don't notice anything different?" she asks, posing in several different position and showing off her body.

04:38 GyroTech shakes his head, frowning at her. "Umm... Should I be noticing something? I mean... You look just as good as ever to me."

04:39 Saphling smirks and pats his head. Then she pats his head with her other hoof. "Thank you for the compliment."

04:45 GyroTech brightens up, smiling brightly at her. "No, you deserve it. You seem in really good spirits right now. Not even shying away at the moment."

04:51 Saphling smiles and shrugs. "It's still uncomfortable, but I've spent a lot of time recently getting used to contact. I don't think it'll get too bad."

04:57 GyroTech frowns and backs away slightly to give the mare her space. "Oh... What happened then? Is everything alright? I'm guessing this happened during your disappearance?"

05:00 Saphling nods. "Yes, it did. There's nothing wrong, I just felt like I needed to get more used to it. I realized driving ponies away just because I was scared wasn't right."

05:05 GyroTech hums and the gives an ecstatic nod, draping his tail over hers and scooting closer. "We could go for a quick romp if you feel like loosening up those nerves if you want ~"

05:21 Saphling gently pulls her tail away. "I'm sorry Gyro, but I don't know if I'll ever be willing to do that with you again. Looking back, I know that our time together wasn't entirely your fault, and that the experience wasn't entirely bad. Even if I'm just being irrational, it still feels like you betrayed my trust."

05:25 GyroTech sighs and presses his lip into a pout but astonishingly, makes no more to pursue as she pulls away. "Ugh, that's disappointing. I hope you eventually come around. I get the feeling you can get pretty weird and fun~"

05:30 Saphling smiles pitiably and pats his head. "Maybe someday, Gyro. maybe someday."

05:34 GyroTech continues to pout, letting his eyes fall off of her face down to the ground. His ears fold flat, head bobbing at each pat. "Well... If that's what it is... That's what it is..." He responds, uncharacteristically. "Can I maybe at least get a kiss?"

05:37 GyroTech looks up and raises an eyebrow and an ear. "What do you mean? I think I'm alright... Maybe a Little disappointed..."

05:41 GyroTech gives a little wavering smile as he looks at her. "Inky's making me take other ponies wishes into consideration or something...I really want to... But I can't have her mad again and you're friends..."

05:51 GyroTech 's face wavers even more as she looks at him, quivering. "Its... It's really hard to not ask again..."

05:55 Saphling reaches a hoof around his head and presses their lips together. She takes a deep breath through her nose.

05:58 GyroTech 's mouth opens in Pleasant surprise as the mare presses her lips to his. His eyes are wide opened, stunned initially by her kiss.

06:02 GyroTech finally gets over his moment and wraps s hoof in return around Saphling's head and pulls her against him. His tongue presses against her, letting the mare enter, he rubs his tongue against hers dancing in his mouth.

06:09 GyroTech purrs softly as they separate, leaving a thin strand of saliva between their tongues. He pants softly with half lidded eyes, staring back at her. He slips in his resolve and with a smile whispers, "are you sure you don't want me?"

06:16 Saphling hesitates, but nods. "I just wanted to see if I could actually do that... It's hard for me to accept affection from ponies I know. I've always been afraid they'd actually mean it, but I've been trying so hard to learn to accept that sometimes it's okay."

01:33 GyroTech puases, looking a little disconcerted when Saphling uses the "R" word. "Woah, woah, woah, I dont want to get your hopes up...we arnt in a relationship...thats for Inky and Inky alone, but I dont mind being friends or lovers~"

01:37 Saphling laughs. "We could be mortal enemies and that would be a relationship, Gyro. Whether we're sleeping together or we're trying to kill each other, there is a relationship. We may not have a very good one, but we still know each other and it's still there. I just don't know what to call it."

01:41 GyroTech looks relieved, nodding at her as she explains. "Well...sure...but thats not usually what ponies use the term relationship for...you had me worried there. Am I at least on the positive side of the relationship scale?"

01:48 GyroTech tidies up his mane as Saphling gives him a good look over, presenting her the best view of him. "Well...everypony has times when they're insufferable. I think I should get some credit for being cute despite that at least~"

01:51 Saphling smirks. "Being cute has nothing to do with how well I like you, Gyro. A neon light may grab somepony's attention, but that doesn't mean anything once they realize the store itself is bad."

01:55 GyroTech crosses his hooves, taking a seat on the ground as he pouts at her. "Are you saying I'm a bad pony? Because I know plenty who would disagree with you there. How about I take you out to a bar, get you a couple drinks to make up for my previous slights?"

02:00 GyroTech blushes as he remembers the incident from before. "Oh...ya...I remember that now...Umm how about we go to your favorite coffee shop and I get you some coacoa instead?"

02:04 Sapling nods, reminding herself that she was trying to become more social. "Alright, We can do that. You remember the place?"

02:06 GyroTech smiles and nods towards her, getting up from his spot quickly. "Oh, good. I guess this means I am on the positive side of that scale afterall if you still wanna stay with me~" He purrs, making his way down the road. "Of curse I remember~ How could I forget the hangout of one of the most beautiful mares in Equestria~"

02:07 Saphling says "With time. How long has it been? Almost 2 months?"

02:08 GyroTech grins at the mare, looking brighter. "Ya...about a month and a half. Inky got her magic fixed about a month ago and we started dating officially~"

02:12 Saphling grins. "Wonderful! I'm glad to hear she's ok." She starts forward. "So, to Twintails? We can keep talking on the way."

02:14 GyroTech matches pace with Saphling, keeping just a step ahead of her as he leads the way towards her coffee shop. "Twintails indeed. They've got a cute new barrista there actually~"

02:16 Saphling rolls her eyes. "And I thought you had eyes for Inky only now?" she teases.

02:18 GyroTech snickers, shaking his head and wraps a hoof around the mares shoulder. "Come now Saphling, if you think I'd get in any relationship where I could only have eyes for one mare, you'd be mistaken. Inky and I are each others only /romantic/ partner. What each of us chooses to do in the bedroom, well thats another story~" He chirps

02:22 Saphling chuckles. "I'm only teasing. I know you could never limit yourself to sleeping with only one mare like most respectable gentlecolts." She glances sidelong and smirks at him.

02:26 GyroTech snorts at her insinuation and quickly retorts, "Ya I know...all those poor mares who are locked into the whims of one stallion because they're not allowed to seek satisfaction outside of their relationship."

02:29 Saphling nods. "And what's worse, the two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive! All those poor mares could be locked to you, pining for somepony that cannot return their affections because he's too busy ensnaring some other poor mare."

02:35 GyroTech scowls, shaking his head with a frown. "No, they'd know better than to pine after me, and I've got enough affections for one real relationship. Those other mares can find some other stallion to steal their heart. Inky is my one and only~"

02:38 Sapling looks at him and smiles. "You're really serious about staying true to Inky, aren't you? I'm proud of you."

02:42 GyroTech nods towards the mare, grinning all the while. "Yes~ Yes I am. After Naisol left me and Inky got so mad she avoided me for a week...I realized how much I /loved/ inky and I want her to forever be happy~"

02:45 Saphling raises an eyebrow. "So it took one mare leaving you to realize it was another mare you wanted?"

02:53 GyroTech sighs and looks down at the ground. "Well...you see...I didnt know what happened to Naisol and while she was gone Inky and I became alot closer...and since I thought Naisol was gone for good, I didnt feel bad about getting so close to Inky."

02:55 Saphling thinks, "Hmm..." she hmms. "What if Inky disappears for a while?"

02:57 GyroTech bites his lip, stopping his movement forward. "I...I dont want to think about that happening. Inky would let me know if she's suddenly going to disapear. And she doesnt do anything dangerous anyways..."

02:59 Saphling (thinks about all the times she's gone into the forest with Zuthal)

03:01 Sapling nods. "You're probably right. She doesn't seem the type, does she?" She glances at Gyro. "Except, of course, she tests experimental magical equipment and has her magic removed."

03:08 GyroTech grunts as Saphling points out her previous mishap. "But...I dont think that she'd do anything really dangerous normally. Dusk put her up to that...and if things had gone horribly rwong there, I'd have known at least..."

03:35 Saphling nods again and smiles. "Alright. I can tell you care about her, and I know she cares about you." She looks forward and points. "There it is: Twintails. Just like I remember."

03:54 GyroTech smiles a bit as Saphling acknowledges his love, looking up to see the coffee shop before them. "Yep, I guess here we are~ I wonder if she's on duty righ tnow."

04:11 Saphling hops forward and holds open the door for Gyro. "After you."

04:21 GyroTech moves forwards a little more and holds the near edge of the door. "No, I insist, mares first and all~" He humms, waiting on her.

04:25 Saphling nods and goes inside. The interior hasn't changed much, though she does notice a new girl at the counter. "Is that who you were talking about?"

04:31 GyroTech grins as he looks over the pastel green colored mare with a light pink mane "Yep, thats her." He walks right up to the counter and says, "Hey Tea blossom~ You're looking cute today~ I'll have whatever your tea of the day is."

04:45 Saphling lifts an eyebrow, surprised. "That was pretty casual. Are you a regular here?"

04:50 GyroTech blushes and turns back to her. "Well...kind of...I kept coming back here a couple times a week to see if you'd ever show back up. I've always thought that the mares you spend time with aren't much more than eyecandy to you. Not including Inky, of course."

20:46 GyroTech giggles a bit nervously and shakes his head. "Well...you see, admittedly quite a few are just for that~ But some of them I feel a deeper connection with whom I'd like to consider friends. You fall into that latter category."

20:53 Saphling asks, "So you came to this shop multiple times a week, just to see if I would be here?" She pauses for a moment and shakes her head. "I don't understand you, Gyro. How do you decide if a mare's worth pursuing, or if you just want to bed her?"

20:56 GyroTech shrugs his shoulders and smiles. "Well...I dont know, I just take a liking too them. And its not like I want to bed all mare, only the cute ones...I just havnt stumbled accross one who isnt cute yet."

21:05 Saphling smirks. "So basically all of them, then. And you try to keep the ones you like." She turns to the mare at the counter as the mare places Gyro's tea down. "Tea Blossom, was it? I knew the mare who used to work here. It's nice to meet you."

21:09 GyroTech flicks his tail back and forth but doesnt argue with her, knowing that she was basically right. "I mean...yes...but ones I like personality wise, not just how they are in bed." He takes a step back while Saphling orders, fishing out some bits to pay for the both of them.

21:14 Saphling thanks Tea Blossom and accepts her favorite drink from the shop: hot cocoa. As she walks toward a table, she looks at Gyro and asks, "What about her?"

21:17 GyroTech smiles and casts a glance back at her. "Well, she's nice enough, but I havnt felt any real spark between us. She flirts back with me all the time...but then I can never get her to commit."

21:19 GyroTech tilts his head at the mare, raising an eybrow and lowering an ear. "Oh? Who have you been flirting with then? I didnt know you liked the ladies as well~"

21:21 Saphling deadpans. "Have you forgotten that I'm usually half male? I've got more of an eye than you do when it comes to partners. But no, it wasn't me flirting with somepony. However, there was flirting and a lack of commitment on one side."

21:23 GyroTech frowns and suddenly finds his mug of tea very interesting. "Oh ya...that...I tried to push it from my mind. Anyways, it seems liek that curse might have finally worn off...And who are you getting at then?"

21:24 Saphling shrugs and rolls her eyes. "Who knows? Want a hint at getting her, though?"

21:32 Saphling hmms as though struggling to remember. "Well, I remember that she had been putting off this flirtatiuos stallion for quite some time. He was quite persistant, but never quite managed to get her in bed, until one day he found her in a pinch and offered her his home for the night. For the life of me, I can't remember their names, though"

21:35 GyroTech folds his ears flat as Saphling brings up their past and gives a little sigh. "You know...I changed my mind. I dont think I care to hear any more about her right now...How do you suggest I go about getting at Tea then?"

21:36 Saphling gives him a dark grin. "Find her in a pinch."

21:38 GyroTech stares at the mare accross the table open mouthed and in silence for a couple moments before he averts his eyes and takes a long sip of tea, trying to avoid looking at Saphling.

21:44 Saphling 's grin fades to a pitying smile. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have been so callous." She lowers her eyes and stares at her cocoa. "It's just been impossible to get that day off my mind. Every time I see you, my thoughts go straight to what happened between us."

21:48 GyroTech takes another long swig of his drink before he finally sets it down to acknowledge the mare. "Look...Saphling...I know you're not happy with what happened that evening...but I dont know what to tell you...maybe I should have had more restraint since at your heart you didnt want it...even if your loins made you beg...I'm sorry. I dont know what more I can tell you, or how I can help make up for it."

21:52 Saphling furrows her brow for a moment, then suddenly looks up at him. "Have you been working with Stoic?"

21:54 GyroTech shakes his head, still looking down at the table. "No...I guess I remember you saying thats what I had to do to make it up though...but I dont like him, and he doesnt like me."

21:57 Saphling 's shoulders droop a little. "I see..." Her smile returns. "It's ok, Gyro. I'm not the mare you should be chasing after, anyways. You should be thinking more on how to do well with Inky than how to fix mistakes with me that perhaps only time can heal."

22:01 GyroTech nods towards Saphling as he takes another drink of his tea. "Well thats just it isnt it? Inky would want me to make up with you...after all you two are friends...and she wants..." He trails off, deciding not to discuss those details of his relationship.

22:02 Saphling raises an eyebrow. "She wants...?"

22:03 GyroTech sighs and looks down at his empty glass. "Hmmm, I think I need more tea," he says deflecting the question to go get some more.

22:04 Saphling nods. "Alright, I'll wait." She picks up her mug and sips at the cooling cocoa.

22:06 GyroTech trudges back soon with another glass of warm fragrant tea before he sits down again. "So...have you seen Inky since coming back?"

22:07 Saphling stares into his eyes. "One question at a time, Gyro. I'll answer yours after you answer mine."

22:11 GyroTech sighs again, taking another long swig of his tea before looking at saphling. "Our relationship is conditioned on me striving to take into account what other ponies want...I kind of made her really mad a month ago and she wanted nothing to do with me...forever."

22:15 Saphling 's expression falls. "Oh... Well, if it makes you feel better, I'm willing to sit in a coffee shop and drink cocoa with you. I don't outright hate you or want to avoid you like I did before I left." She gives him a small smile. "And no, I haven't seen Inky yet."

22:23 GyroTech sighs and drinks some more of his tea. "Sure...but I want us to actually be friends, not just somepony to put up with. Anyways, you should talk to her. I'm sure she'll be delighted to have you back in town."

22:27 Saphling says, "Maybe." She thinks back to the last time they spoke, both broken and running out of options. They hadn't left on bad terms, by any means. If anything, they were on their way to becoming better friends than she had wanted at the time. "Perhaps I'll drop by her apartment and visit. Does she still live in the same place?"

22:34 GyroTech shakes his head. "Nah, she just pretty much lives exclusivly at the library now, sleeps in the rafters...drives some of the patrons absolutly batty," he responds, deadpanning.

22:35 Saphling slowly grins at the puns. "At the library, huh...? Perfect."

22:36 Saphling addition: She downs the rest of her drink and stands up. "Care to join me?"

22:41 GyroTech looks outside to check the time and shugs nodding. "Sure, I suppose she'll still be at work. We can go ahead and head that way," he responds. He looks sadly down at his tea and downs it as well, such a waste, but he had no time. "She, of course, doesn't actually live there. Her house is still the same, except when its mine~"

22:50 Saphling nods. "But right now, you think she's still at the library?" She grins devilishly. "It's been a while since I've made a ruckus in that sanctuary of silence."

22:52 GyroTech giggles and begins to lead Saphling towards the building, that wasnt terribly far from teh coffee shop. "I try not to go in t here...all the books are...used. I like to own them instead." Unfortunatly Inky wasnt there and they split up their own seperate ways.
