Hooking Up a Friend During Drinks

11:03 GyroTech shouts and begins to cry in pain. "For a stallion you sure startle easily."

11:03 Stoic glares at him before giving him some more of the good stuff in the eye

11:04 < GyroTech> alright so how do we wanna begin?

11:04 < Stoic> You set the scene I guess, of what your character is doing at the time

11:08 GyroTech enters his favorite bar, the Rose and Fetlock as the sun begins to set on the town, work over for the day. He scopes out a pretty mare that he hasn't met yet and seems to be without a companion, taking a seat next to her. Gyro orders a mug of cider.

11:11 Stoic walks into the Rose and Fetlock not long after that, looking for that stallion who he can bearly call a friend. He was offered something today that he hoped might fix that predicament... but as he looks around the bar he spots him with a mare. Not wanting to disterb them, he sits in the cornor of the bar, waiting for them to finish up.

11:13 < GyroTech> (Stoic /could/ be waiting a long time :P)

11:13 < Stoic> (Well thats the price for him being such a nice guy)

11:16 GyroTech begins to hit it off with the mare soon after sitting down. She seems a little put off at first and then soon begins to warm up to the unicorn. After awhile the unicorn orders another round for himself and her, the two greatly enjoying each others company, with no indication of stopping any time soon.

11:18 Stoic sighs as he orders himself a light beer, siping it causally as he watches them hit it off. He wonders if he should do anything to interupt them... but decides against it. For all he knew, this could be the first mare whoes actually taken a pure intrest in him... so he continued to wait regardless of his antsyness

11:21 GyroTech manages to steal a kiss from the mare and then they talk a litte bit longer before he excuses himself. He then looks around the bar, spotting another mare out of sight of the first and takes a seat with her.

11:24 Stoic was about to get up from his seat to intercept him but soon found him sitting with another mare. With a grumpy groan he walks back to his sit and continues to watch silently

11:25 < GyroTech> (Oh man, I expected his self righteousness to take over for playing the feild like that :P )

11:27 < Stoic> (Hes trying to be nice, not really wanting to disturb anything hes doing as wished anypony would do for him)

11:28 GyroTech seems to hit it off much less smoothly with this second mare. From Stoics spot he could see Gyro was quite a bit of a lightweight, already swaying a bit and his face flush after only his second cider. The mare he was with this time seemed a little bit uncomfortable with his advances.

11:34 Stoic chuckles as he finishes his second mug, he was far from a lightweight. He was keeping vigalent incase he tried anything to the mare but otherwise kept his distance

11:36 GyroTech keeps on trying for a little bit longer before she excuses herself from the table leaving him all alone. The unicorn mopes for a little bit, sitting there at the table working on his third.

11:44 < GyroTech> (I dont' even remind ping till 10 minutes cause sometimes I'm a bit slow as well, no worries)

11:47 Stoic soon walks over and sits with the sad stallion, he had finished his forth and only now showed the signs of tipsiness... but even those wern't that noticable "Hey... sorry to see that you got left" He smile "Got something that might lift your spirits though"

11:50 GyroTech waves a hoof at him to indicate that he wasn't too bothered. "Oh don't worry about it, I'm just sad I only managed one kiss this evening before I failed. Usually I get 2, but my best is five," he brags, giggling. "Whats have ya got?" he asks curiously, the unicorn actually not seeming to have much animosity towards Stoic at the moment.

11:59 Stoic sighs and pulls out two tickets, putting them on a table "One of the foals I care for... his father words at a near by jousting arena..." He smerks to him "And I got 2, all payed for, excluse vip and press passes to the next big jousting tourny~"

12:04 GyroTech lights up as the two tickets flutter onto the table. "Ooh, jousting! I havn't seen a tournament since last years National Finals back in Canterlot" He gives Stoic a big hug before pulling away with a skeptical look on his face, "But why me? We dont' even know each other much."

12:10 Stoic hugs back with a chuckle but then frowns as he pulls back, giving gim that mean, skeptical look "I thought that we could take this time to get to know eachother better... become friends even"

12:13 GyroTech 's face lightens up a little bit as he blushes embarrased. "Oh...well then...its just this is a big event...most ponies would take thier partner or best friend...you know?"

12:14 Stoic looks away with a similar face "Well, I don't really have partner... but I wouldn't mind being a best friend to you" He said, in a pretty cheese way

12:18 < GyroTech> (oops, let me do that again)

12:19 GyroTech gives him a grin back, "Well I'm always open to new ponies." He picks up one of the tickets, looking it over to get an idea of the time and location. "Say Stoic, have you ever done jousting before?"

12:20 Stoic shakes his head to the question "I was never a sports person... when they required a pysical education class in school, I took track but didn't enjoy it all too much..."

12:21 GyroTech lowers his ears, looking down at the response. "Awww, I still havn't found anyone here who actually /likes/ to joust. I used to do it all the time back in Canterlot. I was never great at it...but not terrible either."

12:22 Stoic puts a hoof around him, pulling him close for some comfort "I never tried jousting... I never said I didn't like it nor did I say I'm against the idea of trying it" He said, hoping his words would lift the stallion's night

12:27 GyroTech shifts a little bit closer to Stoic, so that Stoic's arm hangs all the way accross his shoulders. "Oh? You never got a chance to try it in school? None of the foals at mine could ever get away with that. Theres quite a bit of perental expectation you understand."

12:30 Stoic smiles as he shifts a bit closer, enjoying this nice little time time with him, liking the idea of getting to know him "They didn't even offer it at my school nor did I ever get to watch it much as a child to even take interest in it"

12:35 GyroTech frowns once again, "Oh ya...I forget..." he mumbles as he recalls that jousting in school was usually for the higher end private schools, his slip giving Stoic some sight into his upbringing. "Well hmm...I don't have any or my gear here, its all back at the canterlot arena, but maybe I can convince you do go with me sometime, my treat."

12:39 Stoic soaks in every little detail he can get on the stallion, looking it away in his memory bank. He seemed quite sad about the fact that he wasn't very fimilar with jousting and felt like asking about it "I wouldn't mind that at all, the idea of visiting Canterlot at all sounds like an enjoyable experience... not to mention another chance for us to become better friends~" He cheerps happily, clearly liking the idea

12:44 GyroTech seems to freeze up at the mention of going to Canterlot. Giving a little nervous giggle, "Well...I meant jousting like in this local arena," he admits. "I'd rather go to Canterlot as infrequetnly as possible." He seems a little bit uncomfortable with the topic now.

12:46 Stoic nods and smiles to him, happy to move off the topic that makes him upset "You looked quite sad when I said I never heard of jousting... what made your frown so?" He queried... hoping to get to the bottom of the problem and help him out by doing so

12:52 GyroTech shifts about uncomfortably, "Well umm, Its just that I love the sport and it just makes me sad when other ponies seem to miss out on the joy of it," he deflects, unconvincingly. His manner was much unlike how stoic was used ot seeing him, instead a little bit vulnerable.

12:58 Stoic pulls him closer and nuzzle his nuzzles against his face a bit "How about you tell me if I get close to awnsering it..." He clears his throat before saying "You are from a rich family, being that you went to a private school that offered jousting... this would explain why you would be so used to the idea of jousting were others would not be AND explain why you grew up with such parentle explenations. 13:05 GyroTech sinks down further and further as Stoic seems to nail most of the major points, his ears flatten against his head, "Its not /quite/ that bad," he protests weakly, "But working as a mere inventor when you're a Silverhoof and your mom's an advisor to the crown...They make me pretend everytime I come home."

13:05 < GyroTech> (The Silverhoofs are one of the lesser noble houses in Equestria, having gained and kept their power more through silver tongues than being an active part of the military, but they usually have someone working as a minor advisor. I dont know /how much/ of that stoic will know.)

13:11 Stoic nods to him with a smile, glad that he knew him well enough to nail the points... even if he went a bit to overboard with it. He uses his hooves to pull him up, giving him a caring nuzzle as if to try and cheer him up "Hey, don't be so down... nobility isn't everything... personally I put being an inventor above such things" He said, hoping his words will also pick up his spirit

13:24 GyroTech leans into the nuzzles sighing as he's comforted. "Honestly, the perks of nobility arn't worth the stuffy atmosphere thats required of it. I'm glad to be out here, and my parents still funnel a little bit to me, mostly so that I stay quiet I think..." A couple of seconds later he adds, "But please don't treat me any different here, there's a reason I go by Gyro Tech in stead of Gyro Silverhoof..."

13:28 Stoic nods to him with a smile, for the first time feeling like hes seeing the real GyroTech... not a snobby inventor but a noble turned commoner who somewhat wished he had grown up a different way "I would treat you differently even if you wanted to be... its not how I roll. I would have thought you of all ponies would know this~" He jokes, hoping to lighten the mood a bit

13:36 GyroTech lets out a sigh of relief, "Well I dont' know...some ponies get really strange around nobility." He giggles a little at the self depreciating humor. "I can count on you not to pread this around right?"

13:39 Stoic nods to him, crossing his heart with a friendly smile "Of course, your secret past is safe in here..." He said, poking his own head with a chuckle "You are much more friendlier then I thought you would be... given how you acted around Yao and Fall..."

13:43 GyroTech leans back a little and crosses his hooves at the mention of those two getting riled up as he speaks, "Well...That creature doesn't really belong here. Just watch, one day it'll get mad or something and hurt a bunch of ponies, because /thats/ its nature." Taking a second to settle down, "Well Fallfeathers and I...have you ever had a friend where you and the friend fought all the time, but all in good fun?"

13:45 Stoic nods and points to him "I sometimes feel that way around you..." Then he straightens up and frowns to him "And about Yao... if you were her... would you want to stay locked up in a cage or stuck in some deep, dark, damp place... living in an unitelligent life when you clearly are capapble for more?"

13:50 GyroTech straightens up back as he does, not letting her sit taller than him. "Of course not, I'd pursue the /very/ well known cure to get myself fixed up, or sail over to the stripey land where they'll worhip her as a great spirit or something."

13:54 Stoic shakes his head and sighs "Where is that Gyro I saw a few minutes ago... where is that additude when it comes to those who are so different then you..." He leans into him with a frown "All Yao wants to do is make some friends and be accepted for who she is... not what he past has been..." He smiles up at him "Much like you"

13:59 GyroTech tightens his his crossed hooves, leaning forward as well. "One can't change their nature Stoic, and it's sick and unkempt and I think that spell messed with its intellegence level. Its nature is clearly one that will lead to trouble if it doesn't get cured...THere is /NO/ way around that." Its pretty clear that Gyro is set in his ways with regards to this matter. Some things learned when growing up are hard to unlearn.

14:02 Stoic believes that but knows hard doesn't mean impossible... he was quite hellbent on getting him to at least not fued with her about the nature of her being and all "Well, think about yourself... you are a noble by nature yet you are trying to hang out with the 'common ponies'... yet we don't shun you because of it" He tries to point out... hoping that he can at least see where hes going with this

14:06 GyroTech shakes his head, "Nope, see thats where my problem was. I may have been born and raised as a noble, but I was always not one in my heart. Thats why I didn't fit in with them and why I'm more suited for my proffession."

14:09 Stoic nods to him, once again point out how they are very similar "Same thing with Yao... she was born in the forest... as a animal. But that wasn't her, she wasn't like that in the heart. So she came out and tried to make friends with people who wanted more then her for lunch"

14:15 GyroTech rolls his eyes in disbeleif and throws up his hooves, "Have you looked at it? It /is/ a beast, a creature that even if it seems reasonable most times will turn on everyone like a pitbull at some point, causing a large amout of damage to everything."

14:16 Stoic points to him "And who do you think is the animal in this situation... the one who is trying to make frends and be kind... or the one who is doing everything he can to make sure that doesn't happen?"

14:19 GyroTech brings his hoofs down on the table with a small "Clop," "The ones whose presences in a large populace puts everyone at risk. There is a reason why ponies arn't allowed to keep hydra's as pets, even as tame as some of them can be. There have been to many incidents of that changing."

14:21 Stoic put a hoof to his shoulder, as if trying to calm him down "I only ask that you give her a chance... just like how I'm giving you a chance... to show that it is possible for you to be more then my first impression gave"

14:26 GyroTech pulls away from her hoof. "Look, if your child brought home a baby cockatrice, too young for it to of developped its stone ability and asked you to let you keep it, would you allow them to? I want IT gone for everyones safety."

14:27 Stoic shakes his head again at his reasoning "Shes not some wide animal whoes too young to speak or do anything... shes fully grown and mature... shes capabble of complexe reasoning and speak... by are you so afraid to give her a chance... I'll even keep you safe if you want"

14:31 GyroTech huffs loudly, his body giving a quiver. "See, the very fact that you are offering to keep me safe from her means that she is dangerous. Otherwise you wouldn't even need to offer."

14:33 Stoic shakes his head and puts a hoof to his shoulder again "I'm offering because YOU are scared of her... If you feel like you can do it without my protection then feel free... because I think you will be persoanlly safe"

14:47 GyroTech shakes her hoof off, "And how would you protect me? You'd just be smashed flat if it suddenly got violent. That thing doesnt really belong in this town. I think you're being stupid by not driving it away /before/ it gets violent."

14:51 Stoic shakes his head with a frown "I would protect you because I know how to speak to it... and the fact that you're not even giving it a chance to show how mature it is... how civilized it is... doesn't speak well for yourself"

14:55 GyroTech begins to stand up from his seat, obviously feeling done with the topic. "Perhaps what i /ought/ to do is go talk to ponies who know its a threat and will take action once they're informed about it."

14:59 Stoic frowns to GyroTech, not liking how this conversation has went "Fine, I'll drop the topic for now but don't expect to escape from it..." He said, not wanting to move on but would rather they did then to loose the possibility for a friend in the first place

15:10 GyroTech 's face suddenly lights up as he recalls something, "Oh...I know why you're being so defensive...I saw you treating that creature like one might treat a mare. We've got to get you a real speacial somepony" he states knowingly, looking around the room for a mare for Stoic.

15:12 Stoic nods as he says so, but his expression soon turns as he offers to find him a 'real' special somepony "You are right about the first part... She is the kinda of character I've always wanted to enjoy in my life. But just because shes not a pony through and through... just because shes not like you or me, doesn't make her any less real"

15:17 GyroTech waves his at Stoic in dismissal, "You're just projecting what you want to see into that thing." Gyro spots a mare drinking with a couple friends accross the room and discretly points her out. "Oh she's a cutie isn't she? A lovely Lavender tail and a dull pink coat. Lets go talk to her, I'll be your wingpony," he urges nudging at Stoic.

"Well before we do anything, how much experience do you have actually talking with mares?" As Gyro talks he keep strying to make casual eyecontact with the pony accross the room.

15:32 Stoic smiles to him "When it comes to talking, I'm good with just about anything... from foals to adults... from mares to stallions, even some griffons and one dragon~" He boasts quite well, much unlike him to do so

After taking a moment to recover he giggles at the second part. "I don't think you can compete with the Cassamara himself," he states, indicating towards himself.

15:51 Stoic shakes his head with a smile "We'll see about that... the 'cassamara' didn't seem to go too well with the mares tonight~" He joked, pointing out the fact he got very little action so far tonight

15:55 GyroTech rolls his eyes, "Ya well that first one would of likely followed me all the way home...its just I'm kind of dating already so I can only go so far, you know? I don't think Moon Tear would appretiate me housing another mare for an evening." Gyro patted Stoic on the back, "Still, I'm curious to see if you can do anybetter."

15:58 Stoic puts a hoof to his shoulder "Wohwohwoh... I've never heard of this Moon Tear..." He sits back down and pats the table "Come, lets hear of her" He suggested, wanting to delay the courting to as late as possible

16:06 GyroTech takes a seat back down at the table, shaking his head. "You seem supprised that I actually have a marefriend. But really, she's a real treat." He gets a fairly whistful look in his eye as he thinks about her.

16:15 GyroTech leans back against the chair as he begins to speak. "Naisols a beautiful mare with a charcoal black coat, and a very messy brown mane and tail. Hes a little bit tactless and not the most social pony, but her awkwardness is cute and she has a sweet heart." He explains, sighing as he speaks.

16:17 Stoic chuckles at his wording and nods, a vivid picture of the mare coming into his head "She sounds lovely... but you said she was dangerous but still bearing a heart of candy, care to explain such a thing?"

16:21 GyroTech shakes his head laughing to himself, "Well, I suppose she can be dangerous, she had a hard childhood and deosn't take lightly to the unknown, especially not new ponies. She doesn't trust anyone before she gets to know them unfortunatly, and is a bit quick to judge."

16:24 Stoic sighs and pokes his playfully "Well you were new to her once upon a time... how did she get to trust you enough to happily call you her stallionfriend?" He asked, always enjoying the good love story... mostly because they almost always end in happy endings

16:34 GyroTech takes deep breath before beginning his story, "Well you see, I was at the market one day, and while browsing the wares and ran into this mare pulling a wagon...I mean I literally knocked her over. I helped her up and insisted that I take her to lunch to make up for it and he half reluctantly agreed. Over lunch I worked my charm and then we hung out at the park for a bit. At that point she decided she liked me enough to make it a regular thing. Seems most ponies don't much take to her kindly around here sadly..." Gyro seems kinda sad at the end of his explanation.

16:37 Stoic puts a hoof to his should, rubing it softly as a way off affection "I would have done the same thing you did... I'm quite proud of you for making up your mistake as best as you could. But why wear such a sad face, you two seem to be happy together?" He questioned, the frown at the end puzzling him

16:41 GyroTech sighs, "Well...its just that I was the first pony to actually be nice to her around town it seems. Most of them seem to dislike her especially do to the nature of her work. And of course I would make up for that, any excuse to take a cute mare out on a date is the right thing to do." He grins quite widely at the end, obviously not having done it for the right reasons.

16:42 Stoic sighs to him, now noticing he didn't take her out to be nice but to get some tail... hes just happy it all worked out "Maybe I can meet her sometime... get to know her and be the 2nd pony in this town to treat her right" He said with a smile, hoping that wouldn't insult him at all

16:45 GyroTech giggles happily, "Oh cmon Stoic, we've been dating for a couple of months. You don't think I'd not use my charm to help her make some other friends do you? You will be fairly far behind now, but of course you can."

16:48 GyroTech gives a smirk as he sees Stoic get flustered, "Wait? You mean there are dates that dont involve the possibility of tail at the end, or at least a kiss?" He feigns supprise and shock, not taking the hoof.

16:52 Stoic nods to him with a smile "Of course, but knowing you and how you treat mares out... it comes to no surprise~" He chuckles, clearly meaning it as a harmless joke, not a cruel taunt "I like to swoon the mares I meet... treat them as they're beautiful selves... only accepting they body with mine when they feel its right"

16:57 GyroTech laughs with him, and gives him a playful shove, "Well you've got that right, but the trick is in getting to that moment in just one evening, Plus...I've got a reputation to uphold," he adds with a smirk

16:59 Stoic shoves back playfully, enjoying going tit for tat him the stallion "But mares are like fine wine, they get better as time goes on and the taste you get while being around them only gets better and better~"

17:04 GyroTech grunts loudly in response, enjoying the banter quite a bit. "Sure but also like a fine wine, you're missing out if you stick with the same one when there is such a tasty array of wines out there. Its much better to be quick and sample them all."

17:06 Stoic hasn't had this much fun with such an intellegent mind "You should never drink fine wine so quickly, it is best to hold and savor it for they may not be there for much longer"

17:11 GyroTech begins to mirthfully in response. "Of course, too quickly and neither of yall get enough pleasure. You gotta hold out on finishing it as long as possible. And a mare already paired with a stallian, like a wine paired with a good cheese, is the most rewarding."

17:16 Stoic nods to him with a sigh "Listen to use, we talk like connoisseur, why don't we go act like ones~" He joked, now actually quite excited to see if any mares here match their wine to his cheese

17:22 GyroTech gives Stoic a nod, standing to his feet as he took in the current state of the bar. Gyro lets out a disapointed sigh, "Well that one mare who I pointed out earlier seems to have gone off...Actually, hey, I wanna see your tastes. Find us a cute pair Stoic." Gyro gives him a nudge and then whispers in his ear. "I'll give you a hint, any mare is cute." The unicorn gives a coy smile.

He says, speaking as if the mare were a whole nother species of pony. He points out to a red hair mare with a body of golden yellow. Her body wasn't the skinnies but she was far from what he would consider fat. Her cutiemark was a milkshake "That one looks pretty cute

17:35 GyroTech snickers at his description, "As I said, everyone of them is cute, so for long term things you gotta find one just as cute on the inside." He gives Stoic a wink. "Oh, just a single? Not a pair, well I'll let you take this one."

17:52 Sweet_Treat s tail swishes about nervously in his presence, "Well...ummm...I...no not generally. But thank you." She sipped at a drink that smelled quite fruity, a little bit of pink froth on her golden muzzle.

17:54 Stoic smiles and lifts up a napkin "You um... have a bit of froth on your muzzle..." He holds up the napkin, giving her a look as if ask if he could get that off hor her

17:56 Sweet_Treat 's blush brightens even more, blending to a red orange on her face. "Oh...thanks..." She says leaning forward for him to clean her off. "Nice weather were having today huh?" She begins awkwardly.

17:58 Stoic wipes her mouth off before putting the napkin to the side, sighing "I'm making you uncomfortable arn't I?" He asked out flatky, being too much of a gentlecolt to continue this even if she didn't want to

18:05 Stoic smiles back warmly to her "My name is Stoic. I'm almost 26 years old. I run a theraputic practice not far from here that specializes in foal care"

18:08 Sweet_Treat says "I'm Sweet Treat...I...I run a shake stand over on the docks," She says hesitantly, though her voice is sounding more confident than when whe first met him.

18:09 Stoic nods slowly to her "A shake stand... sounds like a fun job and I do like your name, I think it speaks really well for your character~" He says quite flatly but with a hearty tone on genuine honesty

18:12 Sweet_Treat blushes and giggles under the subsequent compliment. "Its not too bad, the secret is a little bit of cloud," she says, and taps his nose.

18:14 Stoic chuckles at the soft boop to his nose, deciding to give one back in return before saying "I shall come down there sometime to see for my self how well that little secret works~"

18:16 Sweet_Treat chuckles back and scrunches her nose. "So foals huh?" She finishes her as she listens to his reply.

18:17 Stoic nods to him with a sigh "I've always loved children, caring for them have been some of the best moments of my life. I hope to have my own someday"

18:28 Stoic closes his eyes and thinks on it "Must be at least 5 years now... I came here from Ponyville after my highschool marefriend passed away"

18:30 Sweet_Treat gets a sad look in her eye, "Ponyville...thats a long ways away, why here?"

18:32 Stoic buts a hoof to her cheek "Don't be sad, this story gets happier..." He pulls his hoof back and continues "I went to her funeral service here... she came from this place you see... one thing led to another and just like that I was a fan of this place"

He waves down the bartender "She'll have another of what she had before" He said, paying for it as the bartender quickly makes up the drink, giving it to the mare

19:16 Stoic shakes his head with a frown "There was no betting involved... everything up to now has been pure and genuine..." He brings a hoof up to softly coax her to face him, giving her another soft kiss on the lips "I don't want to loose you becasue you think that my love for you isn't genuine... because it is"

19:20 Sweet_Treat seems less than convinced at his genuinity but lets out a reluctant sigh, "Well, I suppose we'll see. You better not stand me up on Friday."

19:36 Sweet_Treat returns to sipping her drink, only paying a little bit of attention to the stallion, still obviously a little upset.

19:37 Stoic sighs and walks away, quite upset about how it ended... he only hoped in time to prove himself right as he sits back at the booth with GyroTech

19:39 GyroTech breaks into a Laugh as Stoic sits back down at the table. "Oh, that wasn't too bad Stoic, though you missed a couple of opportunities there...also never admit to being put up to something like that, it just makes the mare feel bad."

19:41 Stoic glares up at GyroTech, the stallion obviously pretty upset about how is genuality was quesioned "You think this is a laughing matter... I just ruined a sweet mare's night because she asked about you... if you wern't the peanut gallery I wouldn't even have talked about you"

19:43 GyroTech begins to laugh even harder at Stoics irritation. "I just figured you needed something to spice it up is all, though I suppose you did have an amusing slip up earlier without my help."

19:45 Stoic was not happy and clearly showed it. He gets up and walks away with some ammount of frustration in his face. Come friday at 8... she will show the mare the extent to which he cares for those he does care for.

19:47 GyroTech got up from his seat and trailed along behind him. "Oh cmon Stoic, it was just a little joke. She'll get over it if you show up." He's a little bit slower than the other stallion as he's a bit unsteady in his steps.

19:50 Stoic stops at the door and sighing, turning around and giving quite the bit of a frown "I-I know... its just a pain in my side to have a mare see and think of me in such a way..." He looks down very saddly

19:52 GyroTech gives him a large grin, "Well then, the good thing is you know exactly how to rectify it. Anyways, she probably on net, feels better after your little encounter than if she had stayed there alone the whole time."

19:55 Stoic perks up a bit and nods in agreement "You're probably right... though she would feel better if I hadn't told her as such..." His words did bring him quite a bit of comfort "I should probably get back home though... its been quite late..." He walks up and gives him a hug "Thanks for a good night and the oppertunity to get to know you"

19:57 GyroTech gives the pony a warm hug back, "Well sure...but you could of wrote me off as a drunk." Gyro flashes him a sly grin, "You might of lost points anyways for admitting to being my friend, I do have a reputation there." He sticks out his tongue playfully. "Well see ya Stoic."

19:59 Stoic nudges him playfuly as he turns around saying "Cya Gyro" Before heading out and walking back home generally satisfied with how the night turned out... 1 new friend and one new date added to his mental calander
