Comforting a Hospitalized Friend

18:45 Gyro Tech sits in the same room, his face wet with tears as he listens to the steady beeping of the machines. He was quite worried about his friend after what had happened. ***

18:49 Gyro Tech lets his ears flutter for a second as he heard a weak voice. He doesnt quite register it at first, his face still burried in his arms, though soon he processes it. The unicorn jumped up to his feet and rushed to her side, leaning over and giving her a nuzzle with his damp muzzle. "Oh, Lupine! You're alright!" he says joyously. ***

18:51 Lupine widens her eyes as she felt the cold, wet, muzzle touch her skin, making the poor mare shiver slightly. "G...Gyro?" She sighs, realizing where she is by glancing around the place. "I...why didn't you...leave me alone?" She seems a bit...disappointed about something.

18:54 Gyro Tech lets out a long sad sigh, "Because I couldn't just leave you out there to die...I love you." He lets his words hang for a second before he adds, "as a friend." He strokes the back of her mane with a hoof. ***

18:56 Lupine whimpers as she feels the hoof on her mane. It felt so...cruel. "Please...you should have...just let me die." She tries to brush his hoof away, but her efforts were weak. "I...I ruined your life, Gyro. i made your lover mad, and...I was being selfish. But more thn that..." She shuts her eyes, trying to contain her emotions. "this proves...that I'm not a pony. I'm just...some monster..."

19:00 Gyro Tech pulls his hoof off her mane at her insistance, and instead puts it to her mouth to shush her. "You have /not/ ruined my life. Sure things may be a little rocky with Naisol for a bit, but she even helped me save you. Anyways, if you were a monster, I wouldn't be here for you now." Gyro gives her a peck on the nose. ***

19:04 Lupine scrunchies her nose, batting away the hoof once more. "Just...leave me alone!" She bares her fangs at the unicorn, but tears are forming in her eyes again. "I'm...a terrible mare. No...not even a mare! I made somepony sad, and she thinks that I...I am a monster!" Her little tirade is cut short by her loudly growling tummy. "Get out! Before...I..."

19:10 Gyro Tech shakes his head, "No! I won't get out. and you didn't make Naisol sad...You frightened her because /I/ neglected to tell her the full truth about you before hand." He leans his head down against her chest, listening to her heartbeat. "I know you can controll your urges, I've seen you do it before, and if you /need/ to feed, go ahead. Naisol has given me unlimited permission for it anymore. ***

19:18 Lupine instnctively opens her mouth slightly, her body urging her to take advantage of this morsel. She tilts her head down slightly, tightening her grip on Gyro to get a better position. Still...she hated this! It has been second nature for so long, and...he wsa her friend! "G-Gyro..." She nuzzles his cheek, letting out a few sobs and trying to keep control over herself. "I...I don't want to..." She bites her lower lips, making her own blood trickle down her chin.

19:22 Gyro Tech nods slightly while still laying there before pulling himself away. "See, I told you that you are no monster. Hear, let me get that." He picks up a tissue and cleans off her bitten lips. "Lupine...you've been acting funny around me since that trip up in Canterlot, what happened? Did your stallion friend break up with you?" ***

19:28 Lupine whimpers again. "H-he...he was told...never to see me again. His...mother thought...I was a demon." She pulls the pony close again, finally opening up to him. "And...he listened. Gilded Quill...told me that...he never wanted to see me again." Lupine sobs again, mad about her loss. "I-I...I would never find love...would I?"

19:33 Gyro Tech 's ears fold flat against his head at the terrible tail, "Oh No...Lupine thats terrible. You know how awful those nobles can be...its not you. Its them." He dries her eyes with his tail. "You arn't a monster and you /will/ find love." ***
Lupine sighs as she dries up her tears, actually grateful Gyro was here. "Th-thanks. I...I thought he was the one. He was kind, and handsome, and knew how to...treat a mare." She then takes his head and caresses it in her arms. "i...I don't know what to do, though. Gyro...what am I supposed to do? Pick up...the pieces?"

22:10 Gyro Tech coos softly and and strokes her mane. "Its ok, if he was so close minded as that, you don't really want him in your life anyways." He leans in and nussles at her chest. "You'll find a way, the only pieces here are the ones you're in. Naisol and I will patch things up. We're already close to there, but she needs some space." ***
Lupine nods slowly, before clutching at the unicorn and holding him close. "I...I'm so sorry, Gyro. You're a good friend...and I really wished...well...it doesn't matter, does it?" She sighs as she looks up at the cieling. "Why can't things...work out?"

18:02 Gyro Tech wraps his hooves around her. "They will work out. They always do if you're open to letting life happen. Anyways anything that happened between me and Naisol was my own fault. I could of managed it better." He strokes at her mane gently. "Just please promise me you wont do this again. You know she helped save you right?" ***

18:04 Lupine blinks as she looks over to Gyro, whimpering softly as she gently pushes him away. "G-gyro...she...saved me?" Tears roll down her cheeks, her head hanging in shame. 'i...I don't deserve...you ponies..."

18:10 Gyro Tech lets out a little giggle, "I mean she tried to kill you at first when she saw you on me and blood on my coat...but once she realized what was going on, she did. " Gyro wipes the tears from her eyes. "Sure you do, you deserve us and som any other ponies who arn't giving you what you deserve. Its not you're fault you were born with your 'curse.'" ***

18:12 Lupine shudders at that last word, looking down at her bandaged forelegs. "Gyro...I wanted to just...end it." She seems oddly calm as she looks up to the unicorn. "You have no idea...what I go through, every day. The cravings...the shame of exile...your very brother...wanting to kill you...in the name of saving you."

18:17 Gyro Tech gives Lupine a very stern look. "You'r right, I don't know anything about those cravings or ponies being afraid of you...but I do know about not fitting in at home. Remember? You met my family and they just tolerate what I've chosen to do as long as I hide it from the world. I met your aunt, she cares. My mom would disown me on the other hand if I 'ruined' her reputation." ***
Lupine flattens her ears slightly, knowing that he was right. "I...yeah, you're right. But...have you ever had your own...kin...try and kill you?" She looks up to Gyro with a grim look. "I...he was my brother. And...he thought...this would help me."

21:58 Gyro Tech shakes his head sadly, "No...I can't say that I have...but sometimes bad folk come from your family as well...He was severly punished for it though wasnt he?" ***

22:00 Lupine whimpers softly, before looking down. "N-no...they didn't have the...chance. You see...I...we struggled. And...I couldn't remember what...had happened...but it was clear...that he wasn't around..." She starts to cry again.

22:03 Gyro Tech purses his lips into a small "Oh..." before leaning down and nuzzling her mane to comfort her. "I assume its after that incident that you came out here?" ***

22:04 Lupine shakes her head. "That was when...my family tried to keep it...quiet. They...knew I was defending myself, but...not everypony thought the same way. I was a filly...when it happened."

22:09 Gyro Tech blinks. "A-a-a-as a f-filly?" He stutters in disbelief at both her brothers actions and that she was able to take him on. "You can't feel responisble for that when you're too young to control your abilities. Also, see your family held you in the right given they protected you still after that."

22:11 Lupine whimpers even more. "I...I didn't let him go. It was...was..." She sobs slightly. "...horrible! I...I didn't know how to...let him out, Gyro! By the time...I figured it out...he was...gone..."

22:14 Gyro Tech looks down at the ground, slightly unnerved at the revelation. "Y-your magic c-can be p-permanant?" He stutters out, freezing up his strokes. ***

22:16 Lupine shivers at the mere thought. "I was...a filly, gyro. Like you said...I...couldn't control myself. And...he wasn't...a thrall. He was...dead..."

22:20 Gyro Tech shakes his head and starts to strok at her mane again. "Y-yes of course and I caught that...I didn't realize that essence degenerates when you do it though...Am I losing part of myself each time?" ***

22:21 Lupine shakes her head at Gyro. "No. At least...I hope not. My brother...he was...trapped within me for...over a year." She shudders to herself. "It took...my aunt to figure out what to do. It was...the first spell...I knew."

22:24 Gyro Tech seems a little bit more intrigued than concerned now. "Over a year? Could you like speak to him when he was in there with you? What happened when the thralling spell was cast?" ***

22:27 Lupine says, "I...we were able to talk when I was asleep. I...I knew it was him. And...he was sad that...I didn't let him...save me. But...that was only after the first six months. After that...he showed up less and less. When...I finally learned the spell...there was nothing left to...save. His body was there, but...there was no soul."

22:35 Gyro Tech nods sadly. "It wasn't your fault...I'm just sad he wasn't around to get to see the error of his own ways." After a second of letting that sink in he does have to ask just one more quiestion though. "Does a thrall without a soul still funcion? Like does it obey orders and stuff?" ***

22:37 Lupine lets out a menacing growl, that last question touching a nerve. "No! I didn't do that to him!" She then gasps as she realizes her tone, looking back down to her bedsheets. "I...I never tried. We hoped that we can bring him back, but...my aunt knew that he was long gone."

22:40 Gyro Tech jumps back startled as she growled at him. "I'm sorry...I shouldnt of probed such things...It wasn't meant as malicious...just idle curiosity..." He waits for her to calm down before aproaching the bed once more. ***

22:42 Lupine sighs as she pats at her bed, beckoning Gyro to sit down again. "It's okay. I'm just...a bit agitated when it comes to...that."

22:46 Gyro Tech takes a seat on the bed this time, his body resting right next to her. "Thats understandable....I'm sorry...I won't bring it up again." He sits in silence next to her. ***

22:48 Lupine smiles weakly, giving Gyro a few nuzzles before wrapping her wing over him. "Thank you...for understanding." She bares her fangs in an odd grin, before kissing him on the cheek. "And...I promise not to bite anymore...without your permission."

22:52 Gyro Tech giggles and shakes his head. "Hey, the only time you bit me without my permission I completly deserved it." He leans in and kisses her on the lips holding his muzzle there. ***

22:53 Lupine widens her eyes slightly at the sudden kiss, but...she didn't pull away. "MMmm...G...Gyro..." She can feel her heart flutter slightly, she really needed this affection...

14:37 Gyro Tech parts his lips a little, pressing his tongue against her muzzle and tilting his head so that they better overlap. He stares into her eyes lovingly as best as he can. "Mmmmmm" he hums pleasurably. ***

14:40 Lupine lets out an odd purr, hugging Gyro closer as she gently laps at his muzzle. Her bodyt was getting a bit warm, and she lets out a muffled giggle before caressing his cheek with a hoof.

14:44 Gyro Tech hugs her back, parting his lips fully to allow her tongue entry into his mouth, and pushing his tonge against hers, dancing with it. Gyro's cheek is quite warm to the touch as his body begins to heat up. ***

14:46 Lupine mewls as she is getting lost in the moment, gently playing with his tongue as she sucks it into her mouth. Her fangs tickle his lips, as she playfully nibbles on it and draws a bit of blood. Her breath is very sweet, and she can feel her wings rising up slightly.

14:50 Gyro Tech murrs happily, closing his eyes and hugging her tight, letting his hooves rub up against her rising wings. He rubs his tongue over her fangs, never having had a chance to explore them like this. His blood is sweet and refreshing to her tongue. ***

14:53 Lupine lets out a playful purr, exerting no pressure with ehr fangs as she presses deeper into the kiss. She starts to put more passion into her kiss, her heart starting to race as she tries to wrap her wings about the stallion.

14:58 Gyro Tech mewws back as she presses deeper, his tongue wrapping around her own and sucking around hers with his mouth. The unicorns heart begins to speed up and his breaths become more shallow as their passion increases. ***
Lupine lets out a shudder as she relents to his passions, her tongue flicking about in his mouth as the sensations start to overwhelm her. She squeezes him gently, urging him to continue.

00:51 Gyro Tech continues to passionatly kiss the purple mare, rubbing his hooves over the back of her neck, and pressing his body closer against hers. Gyro begins to get lost in the moment as shivers of pleasure flow through his body. ***

00:53 Lupine murmurs as she rubs up into the unicorn, her neck tingling with pleasure as she reciprocates the affections. She moans in delight, her body tensing up in anticipation of the pleasure to come.

00:57 Gyro Tech moans joyously into her mouth as he sensually rubs over her tongue. The mares hooves on his body causing him to shudder. His body is beginning to react to the stimulation and begins to grow and press itself into Lupines belly. ***

00:59 Lupine widens her eyes in surprise, realizing what Gyro had wanted. This...this wad bad, and she knew that Naisol would be very angry over this! "Mmmph! G-gyro!" She pulls away, shoving him back slightly. "No...we can't...do this! You're...already taken!"

01:03 Gyro Tech moves to protest as she shoves him away before his mind beginning to clear a little bit. He shakes his head and frowns, realizing what had been going ot happen. "Th-thanks Lupine...you're right. I don't know what came over me..." he says, upset with himself. "I hadn't intended on anything happening..." ***

01:04 Lupine sighs, and shakes her head. "I...I don't want to be a...meal, Gyro. The same goes...for you." She didn't seem mad, just...disappointed with herself. "Please...you should...go, now."

01:07 < Dusk> (I need to go to bed, now)

01:07 Gyro Tech looks even more downtrotten as she sends him away. "Are you sure? I'm still worried about you. Please promise me you wont do anything stupid if I do go. I can just sit here and be nice..." ***
Lupine sighs as she leans back in her bed, not sure what she wants, right now. It as all...so new, these feelings. "I...you...just..." She shuts her eyes, shaking her head slightly. "Get out...Gyrotech Silverhoof. You are...too unpredictable."

11:55 Gyro Tech stands his ground even as she tries to shoo him off. "I will head off as long as you promise me not to do something stupid like that again. I want you to promise in blood for me. I care about you Lupine, even if we can't be together like that." ***

11:58 Lupine lets out a sigh, nodding very slowly as she offers a hoof. "Okay...Gyro. I..." Tears well up in her eyes, the poor mare beoming emotional once more. "I just want...somepony to love, and you're...tormenting me! I...I want somepony that...I can call my own. Don't you...understamd that?"

12:02 Gyro Tech walks back up to her and takes the offered hoo. "I do understand Lupine. I really do, but you don't want that somepony to be me...I'm a terrible partner. Look what just happened here. Even if I didn't have Naisol I'd break your heart." The unicorns ears droop, looking disapointed in himself. "Ready when ever you are." ***
Lupine sighs as she nips his hoof, drawing a bit of blood from the skin. She then pinches her own oof, and their blood intermingles. She shuts her eyes, letting her body relax as the blood flow increases. "I...Lupine Somalier WIngate, do solemnly swear to desist from trying to kill myself, or intentionally put my life in danger in hopes of death." She then smiles at Gyro. "Now you have to make a promise."

12:14 Gyro Tech winces slightly at the bite, but glad that she goes through with hit. The unicorns relief turns into a look of supprise at his instructions. "I-I do? I'm not sure I have an equitable promise." Gyro looks a little bit nervous. "That I'll be there when you need comfort from the worries of the world maybe? Or...perhaps that I will strive to represent you to the best of my abilities, to not intentnionally, or recklessly endanger the wingate reputation as your representitive?" ***

12:19 Lupine smiles as she whispers something, the blood starting to move on its own! The magic manages to suture up the wounds, though Gyro would feel like it was crawling beneath his skin! "It...it is done. SHould we break our...promises...then the other will know exactly what happened."

12:20 < Gyro> (Oh that promise is going to be hard to keep XP)

12:23 Gyro Tech seems a little startled by the feeling creeping up his arm. He rubs at the back of his mane nervously. "Well...which of those suggestions did I promise? I mean, I'll do both, but I'm just curious." ***

12:24 Lupine says, "I wanted you...to promise the latter, Gyro. I...I'll be okay, but...you can't risk...damaging the family...reputation."

12:25 Gyro Tech gives a smile and leans down and gives her a tight hug. "Thanks." He turns to wander off out of the room. "A promise is a promise. I'll leave you alone with your thoughts now." ***

12:28 Lupine smiles as she hugs him back...but she doesn't let go. "Gyro...thank you. For being here...with me." She then holds him close to her chest, purring softly. "No more kissing...okay?"

12:31 Gyro Tech sighs happily in her embrace as she holds on. "I would never leave you alone in your time of need. You don't think I'd be /that/ type of pony would you?" Gyro leans in even more to the hug. "Alright, I won't kiss you unless you really deserve it." The unicorn says with a giggle. ***

14:20 Lupine tightens her grip on the unicorn, leaning in and nuzzling his neck. "Thank you...and...I'm sorry for this." She gently nips his neck, licking the tiny cut as she wraps her wings about him. "Mmmm...I needed something...fresh. They were using...synthetic blood. Bleh..."

14:32 Gyro Tech relaxes as she nuzzles at his neck. "I already told you I would would allow..." His voice trials off as she begins to suck on his blood, the unicorn starting to enter the familiar haze. His body weight rests even more on her as he goes a little limp in her wings. ***

14:34 Lupine murrs as she licks up more of his blood, the mare feeling much stronger as she caresses his relaxed body. "Please...just stay with me, friend. I'll make sure...not to hurt you...or your feeling." After a good five minutes, she finally lets the wound seal shut, nuzzling his neck once more and kissing it. "There...that wasn't so bad..."

14:40 Gyro Tech murrs limply in her hooves as she drinks deep of the unicorns blood. The pleasure of the haze always got to him. He only faintly registers her words. He slowly recovers, feeling a little woozy as she pulls away. "No...not bad at all. I don't think you'd ever hurt me on purpose, Lupine." ***

14:41 Lupine giggles as she nips on his ear, playing with it like a kitten would. "Gyro...I wouldn't dream of...hurting you. You're...too precious of a friend for that."

14:44 Gyro Tech 's ear twitches at the gentle nips and he plays wither her ear in turn, batting it with a hoof. "And you are the same to me. You deserve better than me though for a staillion." ***

14:53 Lupine sighs, licking his neck to clean itup. "I...I'm glad that you want...to help me, Gyro. But...you're not a bad stallion. JUst...very open, and...it would hurt someponys' feelings, some day."

14:59 Gyro Tech lets out a long sigh. "Why can't I make everyone happy. Why is there this expectation of only making one pony happy. It seems so selfish..." he laments. ***

15:00 Lupine blinks at that comment. This...yeah, that was a good question. "I...I really don't know, Gyro. But...I think that jealousy...might be something to...do with it. Do you think...that Naisol would be...angry at you?"

15:03 Gyro Tech gives her a sad nod. "I whink she would. You saw how she reacted when I was thralled by you and was forced to pick you over her. Still...maybe I should try to broach the subject sometime." He doesn't seem very conficdent that it would work though. ***

15:05 Lupine sighs, before nuzzling Gyro softly. This was very tough, but she wanted love, without any strings attached. "Then...you should let her know...of the situation. How you...want to be more...open. I think...she would understand."

15:10 Gyro Tech gives a slow nod. "I should. You wont be upset with sharing will you? As long as its clear thats whats going on?" He looks fondly upon the bat mare. "Both you and Inky have suggested to me I should do this. Since you both seem so confident...maybe I'm missing something. I hope it works." He perks up a little hopefully. ***

15:11 Lupine smiles as she kisses Gyro on the cheek. "You're a good pony...but you need to use a bit more...tact. Is that...understood?"

15:15 Gyro Tech 's ears droop once more. "Tact? Arn't I a very well spoken pony? I mean...I thought I learned that well enough back in Canterlot?" ***

15:16 Lupine giggles and shakes her head. "You're still...very silly, Gyro. Well-spoken...and tactful...are very different things."

15:19 Gyro Tech cocks his head in confusion. "They are? But I've got enough of a silver tongue to convince lots of ponies of things..."

15:23 Lupine says, "Gyro...you have to learn that...even if you are very...convincing...you need to think of the long term...as well. Don't think of them as...ponies to use, but...as those you wish to be with...for their own sake."

15:28 Gyro Tech continues to look at Lupine cofusedly. "But dont ponies enjoy being told they're pretty and getting kissed by a cute stallion? It makes them feel good and it makes me feel great." ***

15:32 Lupine says, "I...oh, Gyro...it's not just all...about that, silly. There is more to it...than that." She sighs, holding the pony close to her chest. "What about...sharing feelings, and making sure...that they are okay? And...cherishing that time...with them?"

15:37 Gyro Tech gives her a kiss on the cheek. "I do cherish my time with you, and Naisol, and Inky and Dusk. You are all wonderful mares and I always try to find time to be with you gals. I care alot and make sure everypony is ok. Sometimes one pony needs more time than the others at a particular time." He gives a gentle squeeze for empahsis. ***

15:38 Lupine blushes at that, eliciting a tiny squeak. "Eeek! T-then...you need to let them all...know about your...plans. To...be one big, happy...family..."

15:40 Gyro Tech shakes his head gently. "I need to speak with Naisol first. I have to get it cleared before I get anypony's hopes up." ***

15:41 Lupine nods slowly, nuzzling him one last time. "I think...I can go home, now. I feel...much better, thanks to you."

15:42 Gyro Tech returns the nuzzle before breaking away. "But are you sure? Have you recovered from your accident? Its only been a day and you seemed so hurt. ***

15:44 Lupine giggles as she motions to the blood bag on her fetlock. "I had...a lot of these...pumped into me. It's like...a healing potion, only I need to..." She takes a few breaths, before taking off her bandages and revealing her unscathed fetlocks. "See? Good as...new."

15:47 Gyro Tech watches amazed as she manages to heal her cuts after her influx of blood and her meal. "I'm always amazed at healing magic. Its just so much more complex than healing steel." He pulls away and stands up. "Yes, I'll go get the doctor then...I've got a lot to think about. I'll catch you later, hopefully with good news?" ***

15:49 Lupine smiles and waves at gyro, hoping that the doctor woulld release her without a fuss. "Yes...please hurry, my friend. I'm getting...antsy in here."

15:50 Gyro Tech trots out of the room and finds a nurse, directing them to Lupines room, before heading hom. ***
