A New Businiess Partner

10:33 GyroTech busies himself about his garage working on all manners of weird machines. His workshop sat on the end of the market square and was open to the public so that they might buy one of his weird inventions. The devices range from flying machines to various hoof powered tools.

10:38 Skayla soon need up in the marked looking at the products each stall and home had to offer, so far nothing seamed to call her attention until she came up to the strange garage. She approached carefully looking around at all the strange machines they all looked like they would be close to useless to her since she did not really like technology but they still looked odd and called her attention to look each of them over.

10:43 GyroTech does not notice the water dragonness enter as he continues to work on a device to allow a pony to dig easily into the earth. He played with various gears and tools putting each into place carefully. He was so engrossed in his work that it seemed even a huricane would not distract him.

10:45 Skayla keeps looking around pecefully, she did not tuch afraid she could break something but admired his work from afar soon ending up standing in front of the desk h was working on and wtching him silently not wanting to distract him. (and actually I have been moving skampers ace a lot and I have determined I rather him being a water dragon )

10:47 < Skayla> (making a story on how he ended up a shark pony turned out to be a bit harder than I was wiling to do)

10:49 GyroTech knocks a tool off the table and it lands at her feet. Bends down to grab it only to realize it was at the bottom of someponies feet. He looks up to see a lady standing over him. "Oh, umm...I'm sorry maam, I didn't see you there. How can I help you?"

10:50 Skayla Frowns. "oh nothing don´t mind me just watching you work "she said and honestly she did not want anything like I manetioned before tecnolog was not her thing but she enjoyed watching how concentrated he was in his work

10:53 GyroTech blushes at her words. While his work is open for public viewing, he usually feels slightly uncomfortable in front of an audience. "Oh, right," he says, concealing his nervousness. He continues to work on his device but his speed has slown down as he continues to eye the dragon infront of him.

10:57 GyroTech frowns. "Wait, don't go. A pretty lady like you is welcome around my shop anytime. Would you like a demonstration of any of these devices?"

10:58 Skayla says, "sure I have not the sligthest idea how any of them work but I would be ahppy to watch"she turns back around taking the same place she once had in front of your desk smiling at you

11:13 GyroTech tugs the dragon over to a weird machine with 3 blades on the top, and 3 on the rear. He then sits on the seat in the center and puts his hooves on some pedles. "With this device unicorns and earth ponies can fly like pegasi. You probably ought to stand back a bit." Once she's clear he begins to push the pedles until he takes off and hovers just about a foot off the ground.

11:15 Skayla giggles a bit at the contraption and smiles as you lift off the air "I am scared of higths but I see how for someone else that might be agreat invention "she keep her bright smile looking over the matching still confused as to how it worked but she choose ot to question

11:21 GyroTech shrugs. "Oh, its perfectly safe my dear," he then adds under his breath "So long as you don't get tired. I still need to work out a fix for that." He then lands the contraption, grinning all the while. "Anything else interest you in here?"

11:22 Skayla comments, "like I said I am not one for tecology so I was just interested in seeing how you worked its nice to see someone so dedicated to what they are doing "

11:27 GyroTech sighs a bit at her words, disapointed that she doesn't share his love of technology. "Well my dear, when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life, so its been said. Too bad I have to do more than tinker though. I am no sales pony."

11:31 Skayla shrugs. "hey I am good with selling stuff maybeI can help you and you can teach me more about your acky trinkets so I can get to like tecnolgy more "she giggles and smiles looking around at all the meal objects

11:41 < Skayla> (tacky, and metal fucking phone)

11:42 < Skayla> (not sure if thats how tacky is spelled anyway sorry about that going back and forth in between devices and also rps )

11:47 GyroTech takes offense at her words. "Tacky!? My inventions are marvolous of moder ingenuity, not tacky. The only unicorn magic that goes into them is in the manufacturing."

11:48 Skayla rolls her eyes "fine fine sorry lord of tecnology I will take my levee "she was just playing around if he really wanted to get like that with her she was not open to help, she turns around once more and heads out of the garage

11:54 GyroTech watches her begin to leave and sighs. He trots up to her. "I guess I could use your help. I'll show you around the shop."

11:56 Skayla asks "what happened to the I am the all migthy powerfull creator of tecnology thing ? will you stop screaming every time I try to play with you if I agree to this ?" she tilts her head to the side still a but upset you had raised your voice at her

00:00 GyroTech rolls his eyes. "I just don't like my inventions being refered to as tacky. They take alot of work to design and create and I'm pretty proud of them. You're right though, perhaps I could use a salespony."

00:02 Skayla nods. "I can help with that and sorry I won´t call the tacky anymore now show me what each one does so I can go out and sell them for you "

00:13 GyroTech responds "I shall." He then gives her a tour of the workshop and explains the various devices that he has created. "Now, I have the blueprints for all of these as well, but they do take some time to manufacture," He explains.

00:15 Skayla nods as she takes all this information in geting it ready to present the products out in the market to be able to sell as much asshe could "alright thats all I need to know want me to try and sell some today ?"

00:16 GyroTech nods. "Sure, go ahead. I'll give you 25% commision on everything you sell."

00:23 GyroTech smiles at the bag. "Oh, wow, looks like things sold fairly well. I've never had my stuff fly off the shelves like that before." He weighs out the bag and gives her her cut. "Why don't you stick around for a bit after. I'd like to treat you to dinner to consumate our partnership."

00:32 Skayla giggle and nods as she stays in the shop unti after you closed heading to anice restaurant she knew "well this place is nice or so I have found out myself "

00:41 GyroTech accomanies her along, trusting her taste in food. "So what is this place you've brought me too?"

00:42 Skayla answers, " a nice restaurant for all tipe of tastes, it selds from salad t meat "she smiles and heads inside siting at a table for two smiling ashs she looked over the menu

00:45 GyroTech gives a nervous laughf. "Meats? I didn't think any places around pony country really catered to those types of tastes." He looks over the menu and settles on a vegitarian option.

00:45 Skayla nods and smiles "seams there are very few spots that actually sell it but there are some " She smiles and order a slice f meat for herself since she did not eat to much

00:48 GyroTech orders a meal of grilled vegitables topped with a butter sauce. "I havn't been here before but this place smells amazing." He sniffs the air deeply, drawing out all of the scents.

00:49 Skayla nods "mixed smell of vegetables and meat both alike are very good and the food here is amazing in general so go ahead and try everything you think looks gid you will not regreat ordering it "

00:52 GyroTech makes idle conversation as we wait for our meal to arrive. "How long have you been in town? I don't think I've seen you around before."

00:53 Skayla answers, "only a few days, me and my brother moved in to live around these areas and get to know everyone since we used to live elsewhere where there was little people around "

00:57 GyroTech responds "I thought dragons were fairly solitary creatures. Well, anyways, I'm glad a cute girl like you could come along and help me." He blushes a bit.

00:59 Skayla blushes a bit as well and giggles "So I am cute ?"she giggles more and smiles a little as the food arives, she slowly started to eat enjoying the taste of the meat as she keep quite wheile she ate

01:02 GyroTech blushes a bit further but doesn't respond. "Ooh the foods here. Lets hope its as good as it smells." He begins to sample his own meal, eating it slowing and savoring the flavor.

01:03 Skayla was soon donw with her meat, being a quick eater and taking large bites it was all gone soon "I really enjoy the food here I hope you like it "

01:07 GyroTech continues eating his meal. "This is pretty good. I'll have to remember this place," he says inbetween bites.

01:08 Skayla nods "I told you so "she drinks her water slowlyas she looks around and then back at you "will you order anything else?"

01:09 GyroTech finishes his meal and rubs his tummy. "Nah i think I'm good." he signals for the waiter and pays the bill.

01:10 Skayla watches as they soon bringit and she quickly places half of the ammount to pay on the try "half and half "

01:13 GyroTech shoves her bits back over to her and places the full amount on the tray. "Nope my treat."

01:13 Skayla refuses to let him pay.

10:49 GyroTech isnt in the mood to fight and acquiesses. "Allright fine, you can pay your part." He reluctantly puts the extra bits back into his bag. He does make sure, however to cover her part of the tip.

10:52 Skayla smiles noticing this but choosing to let it slide as she already managed to pay her part of the food at least. She slowly gets up once everything was payed for " now then what shall we do?!"

11:05 GyroTech smiles at her again. "Well if you want, we could hang out for a bit. I've got all sorts of things we could do."

11:11 Skayla nods and tugs on one of your legs to get you up " come one then lets go if you have so many things lets do one!"

11:20 GyroTech leads her back to his house, and opens the door. Inside was about the sort of decor one would expect from an eccentric inventor. The house wasn't exactly tidy, but it wasn't a mess either. The walls were covered in odd paintings, and one spot in particular was devoted to his inventions in the news.

11:23 Skayla giggles a bit finding it funny he would do something like that but the rest of the house was fine her own home was not the moat organized as when things where messy she was able to find them more easily. "So what exactly will we do tech?" She asked as she keeps peacefully looking around the home

11:31 GyroTech puts on some music light music on. "Would you like me to get you a drink? Make yourself confortable."

11:32 Skayla sits down in the first thing she saw that looked like a seat and smiles " some water would be nice "

11:43 GyroTech walks off to the kitchen and, after a commotion, returns with a glass of fizzing juice, and a glass of iced water. "Here you are. Well, as far as things I've got to do, I've got me a movie reels, several fun games as well." He walks away and comes back with a stack of board and card games.

12:25 Skayla nods and takes the glass you had brough for her sipping from it slowly drinking the water inside, she looked over each of the games and tought "anything is fine really I am not piky when it comes to these sort of things "
