15:01 GyroTech bites down on Zuthal's tail

15:02 Zuthal squeaks as his tail is bitten, bringing it forward near his face to give GyroTech a blank stare

15:03 GyroTech let's go and gives the tatzl the saddest puppy dog eyes ever, with just the hint of tears. "I got lost in the forest and it's getting dark, and I don't know how to get home or where to sleep tonight." He sniffles out.

15:04 Zuthal puts up a token resistance, but soon falters under a gaze that by all means should only be present on foals, smiling to the unicorn. "Well... I could help you get out, though it is getting dark fast... if you wouldn't mind, you could stay at my place for the night."

15:05 GyroTech reaches a hoof up to wipe his glistening eyes of the tears and gives a nod. "Oh thank you mister ummm...pony monster, can I have the bed tonight?" he asks, trotting past his host into the house.

15:06 Zuthal winces a little bit at being called a monster. "My name is Zuthal. And we can actually both sleep in the bed... it's plenty big for me plus a normal pony. What's your name, by the way?"

15:21 GyroTech looks at the giant tatzl and shivers, shaking his head. "But...my mommy told me not to share the bed with strangers...especially if they arnt other unicorns. So...I guess I'll just sleep on the floor then..." He says, slowing his pace and looking down at the floor. ***

15:23 Zuthal raises a brow at the colt's words, shaking his head. "Well... I can understand your parents telling you to be wary of strangers... but what is wrong with non-unicorns? Why should what someone is have anything to do with if they are good or bad? And you don't have to sleep on the floor. You can have the bed, it's no problem." ***

15:26 GyroTech ignores the question, but rushes up to give him a hug on the right front leg and a quick nuzzle there too. On most ponies he'd be able to reach their chest...but he's a bit to small for that. "Oh, thank you. I bet the bed is nice and comfortable~" ***

15:27 Zuthal giggles as the little colt nuzzles against his leg, lifting his hoof once he lets go to gently ruffle his mane. "Mhm... though let me tell you, there's almost nothing that can beat clouds in terms of comfy sleeping spaces..." ***

15:34 GyroTech lets go, but pulls back a little as zuthal ruffles his mane. "Hey...now I gotta go brush it so that it looks all good and stuff..." Hes just about to step away to explore for the bathroom when Zuthal mentions clouds. "But...I tried to touch one once outside of my tower window and my hoof just went right through..." ***

15:37 Zuthal shakes his head lightly at the importance the colt puts to his mane, something that seems very unusual for a colt of his age. "The bathroom is that way," he says, pointing a hoof towards it. "And well, only ponies with wings can walk on clouds, don't you know that? Oh, and griffons can, too." ***

15:43 GyroTech gives a little laugh and smiles. "Well of course, only ponies with wings can acutally reach the clouds. I probably just didn't find the right type, but I'll try again next time one gets close~" When zuthal points out the bathroom, he dashes off in that direction, pulling out a brush mid sprint. ***

15:38 Zuthal follows the little colt as he dashes off, his much longer legs allowing him to match his pace with a much slower stride. "I don't think that'd be a good idea... as far as I know, only ponies with wings can actually touch clouds. Your hoof would just go straight through it." ***

14:35 GyroTech rolls his eyes and makes his way down the hallway till he stumbles into the bathroom. The sink and mirror was quite a bit higher than he was used to and so he hopped on the toilet, and then from there stood on the sink, fishing out his brush from his bag with a lot of effort. ***

16:58 Zuthal follows the colt into the bathroom and watches him struggle to reach the sink. "Here, let me help you," the tatzlpony says as he stands next to the sink and positions his tail next to the little unicorn, a clear invitation for him to climb on his back. ***

18:33 GyroTech ignores the tatzlponies offer and jumps up off of the toilet and lands on the seat with a giggle. "Nah~ I'm a big strong colt I can do this myself." He gives a momentary glance at him before beginning to brush his mane, trying to get it all unmussed. ***

18:35 Zuthal shrugs and shakes his head a little. "Well, that's fine. You know... maybe I should take a little more care of my mane too... even though with flying and stuff, it doesn't last," he says with a glance in the mirror, before, without really thinking about it, extending a coil and grabbing his brush. ***

18:40 GyroTech doesn't catch the coil at first as he works, but soon the unicorn stops brushing entirely, letting it plop to the ground as he looses his telekinetic grip. Dumbly he just stares at the coil in the mirror feeling a little confused and frightened. ***

18:41 Zuthal does not notice the colt's reaction, until he hears the sound of the unicorn's brush dropping to the floor. He looks at his expression, and then to his outstretched coil. "Oh, sorry... I always forget that you ponies don't know about these..." ***

19:16 GyroTech shivers a little as Zuthal brings his strangeness home. "Oh...umm...you said something about maybe taking me home? I ...I think I'd like that a lot better than spending the night here..." He says with more than a hint of fear in his voice. ***

19:19 Zuthal sighs and drops the brush, pulling his coil back in. "I understand... most ponies find them scary. But really, I'm not that different from any other pony. I mean... have I done anything to make you think I'm a bad pony?" ***

19:23 GyroTech nods his head as he looks at the tatzl affirmatively. "But my mom said that there are monsters out there that look like ponies but arnt and that they like to eat little colts like me for breakfast...so I don't know if I want to stick around that long." He says, before making a leap off of the counter, trying to sail past the tatzl. ***

19:25 Zuthal moves slightly towards the door as he sees the little colt jump off the counter, though not enough to actually stop him. "Please trust me... I'm not a monster. I won't hurt you. I just want to help you, because I know how scary it is to be lost and all alone... it happened to me more than once when I was a colt." ***

19:32 GyroTech looks at zuthal unconvinced as he lands in the hallway. His lips quiver between a happy and sad face as he watches the tatzlpony unsure of how he feels. "But...what if you are a monster? Wouldn't you say something like that too?" ***

19:41 Zuthal shakes his head at the little colt, letting out a soft sigh. "I guess... though if I was a monster... would I really be able to talk? I mean, pretty much all the monsters I've ever encountered aren't really able to talk." ***

19:43 GyroTech goes silent as zuthal points out this bit of advice and he was searching his mind for some counter to it. As he does a puzzled look creeps across the young colts face. Finally, something clicks in his head. "Changeling's are monsters...I hear they can talk." ***

19:48 Zuthal sighs and nods to him, ahving to take that point. "Well, true... though they aren't really that kind of monsters. I mean, they don't try to eat ponies. But if I was a changeling and trying to capture you, would I really be doing things like I am?" the tatzlpony says, his posture completely non-threatening and his position allowing the colt an easy way to go away if he wants to. ***

19:54 GyroTech nods conceding that point. "I suppose that's true...but doest that mean that a monster that did eat ponies might be able to talk too? And maybe its because you only eat colts for breakfast...Can you please take me home?" ***

19:56 Zuthal nods to the colt, sitting down on his haunches in the hallway. "Hmm... I guess that might be true. All I can do is ask you to trust me. Because even I don't like going out at night... and where do you live, anyways?" ***

20:00 GyroTech gives a long whine and backs away from the tatzl. "But...but how do I know you don't want me for breakfast? Do you have something already prepared? Like some fruit or something?" ***

20:00 < GyroTech> "and I live in Canterlot...but I was visiting this town with my mother for some reason."

20:01 Zuthal chuckles at the colt's words. "Mhm... I grow all my own food. You saw the garden outside, right? I have... well, most types of common fruits in Equestria. And even some you won't find here," the tatzlpony says as he points a hoof to the direction of the kitchen. ***

20:08 GyroTech crosses his hooves and shakes his head as he sits back on his rump. "You know that's not what I mean? Do you have anything already made for breakfast or not?" ***

20:11 Zuthal shakes his head slightly. "I don't really keep anything made... though I often also just eat a few fruits for breakfast. Point is, I don't plan on having you for breakfast." ***

20:18 GyroTech folds his ears flat and begins to look towards the door, inching closer to it. "Well, if you don't have a breakfast made beforehand, how can I know that I wont be your unmade breakfast tomorrow?" He asks, the silly logic making perfect sense in the urnicorns head. ***

20:19 Zuthal sighs and shakes his head at the unicorn. "Well... I'd still have to, like, hold you down and stuff... just having fruit for breakfast is much easier, you know?" he says, not moving to stop the colt. ***

20:25 GyroTech makes his way all the way over to the front door, back flank pressed against it. "Fine. If you're not going to make breakfast now, I'm going." He says and stamps his foot before fooling with the doorknob for a second before he gets it open, revealing the darkness outside. ***

20:25 < Zuthal> (Uhm... it's evening, iirc)

20:26 < GyroTech> (It was evening close to sundown...it oculd have passed mostly that way by then.)

20:27 < GyroTech> (His logic is if there's already breakfast prepared when he goes to sleep then the tatzl obviously wont eat him in the morning for breakfast because he already has something prepared)

20:27 Zuthal chuckles lightly at the colt's words, peering out into the darkness beyond the door as he opens it. "You know it's not time for breakfast, right? But I can still make food, if you want me to. And I wouldn't really go out there if I were you. It's really dangerous there at night." ***

20:31 GyroTech snorts and walks out the door, heading towards the fence gate as he walks. "I'm not hungry. I just want to know you arnt going to eat me for breakfast since you already have something." He walks a little bit faster to reach the fense, though he discovers he doesn't quite know hwere the gate is. ***

20:34 Zuthal follows the colt as he walks out the door, grabbing a torch and lighting it on the way. Even if he did find the gate, it would be of no use to him, as Zuthal had closed it after himself and locked it with a wooden beam, much too heavy for the little colt to lift. "I can do that too... though as I said, I usually don't eat anything complicated for breakfast, so it would just be putting out some fruit or something like that." ***

20:38 GyroTech ignores the tatzls aquiescence now as he walks around the perimeter of the fence. Eventually he finds the gate under the assistance of the torch and begins to push at the beam. "I want you to have more than fruit out...I want a proper breakfast like a fruit salad or hashbrowns with cinnomin and maple or something..." ***

20:41 Zuthal watches the colt push against the beam, which refuses to budge even a little bit. He lets out a sigh at his demands, nodding slowly to him. "Well... I can do that. Though I usually like to make such things, especially warm breakfast, fresh. It just tastes better that way." ***

20:42 GyroTech pushes his lips into a pout at zuthal's suggestion and says, "Ya...just like you like your little ponies I'm sure." He gets up under the beam and tries to stand up on his hind legs, causing it to quiver a bit, but not acutally move off. ***

20:45 Zuthal shakes his head at the colt. "No. I don't eat ponies," he says, silently adding "At least not for food..." as he watches the colt try to push the beam off. "And well... I guess hash browns are fine... they reheat pretty well. And I really wouldn't do that if I were you. I built this fence that sturdy for a reason, you know?" ***

20:52 GyroTech runs to look at Zuthal glimmering in the dim torchlight, bathing his green body in a dim yellow glow. "Well, do you have the cinnominn and maple to go with them at least? I'm glad you have decided not to eat me tomorrow." He quits messing with the beam for the moment but glances around to remember wehre the gate was. ***

20:56 Zuthal puts the torch down, sticking the sharpened bottom of the stake into the ground. "Yup. Though I make them differently from how you ponies usually make them. I also put in eggs, and other vegetables, like carrots and onions. And I was never going to eat you." ***

21:02 GyroTech nods at the stallion and gives a murr of delight at the description of the meal. "Yay~! I don't have to eat peasant food tomorrow for breakfast like mom made me eat the last too days. Something about the town lacking rewind places...do rewind places make good food?" regardless, he hops on zuthal's tail and climbs onto his back. ***

21:06 Zuthal snorts at the colt's words. "You shouldn't talk like this. Food can be good too if it doesn't take a lot of effort. And what do you mean by 'rewind'?" he asks, confused at the unicorn's choice of term. As he hops onto his back, the tatzlpony starts walking back inside, leaving the torch where he had stuck it into the ground. "Though one thing... I usually like eating those hash browns less with sweet things... I just don't think it fits that wall." ***

21:19 GyroTech shrugs at Zuthal's question and says," well I don't know...its something my mom was saying and complaining about in this town. And I like fancy food." He settles down on the tatzl's back with a bit of a sigh. When he speaks up once more, gyro scrunches his nose and shakes his head. "What? But sweet is the best flavor. I'm going to leave if they don't have maple," he complains with a demanding s nort." ***

21:22 Zuthal sighs at the colt's words, shaking his head. "Well... I don't know enough about the town to really be able to judge that. And well... I guess I'm a bit different because I have to actually cook all my food myself. And there's plenty food which is easy to make and still tasty," the tatzlpony says as he steps inside. "And well... there's no maple trees growing around here... but some other trees with sweet sap." ***

21:31 GyroTech sighs as Zuthal turns him down and then glares at the back of his head. "Well cmon...even if no maple grows around here, cant you have gotten some from the town? Why wouldn't you k eep a supply of that tasty stuff?" He asks sounding completely confused. Soon the unicorn jumps off his back to scurry along beside the stallion. ***

21:32 Zuthal softly shakes his head at the colt, giving a wry chuckle. "You know... if I could just go into town, I would. But look at me... you took me for a monster because of what I look like... and a lot of ponies there would as well, and I just don't want to go out in the open." ***

21:40 GyroTech squints an eye at zuthal, scrutinizing his words and starting to for a different conclusion. "But...if you don't go into town because ponies think you're amonster, doesn't that mean that you are a monster? Adults know what they're talking about." ***

21:42 Zuthal shakes his head. "They are just talking about what they see. And I know I am seen by many as a monster. But you know... things are often not like they seem. And you know, we actually live together kind of like ponies do, in my homeland." ***

21:52 < Zuthal> (That was the last post you're getting from me tonight, as I am going to go to bed now)

21:53 GyroTech looks at zuthal not fully convinced, but enough to let it slide for the moment. "I hope this sap is at least almost as good as maple, because I really want something sweet for breakfast tomorrow." He then goes into the house and waits for the pony to come inside. ***

08:28 Zuthal shakes his head slightly and walks after him, catching the door handle with his tail and pulling the door closed after himself. "Well, we'll see if you like it. But... if you don't want to go to sleep right now, I have something I would like to show you." ***

13:15 < Zuthal> (bump)

13:21 GyroTech turns to look up at his host with a smile before casting another glance down the hallway back at the bathroom. "Well...maybe, but first I need to finish up what I started before I needed to insure my safety." He says, trotting back to pick up his brush. ***

13:23 Zuthal nods to him, giving a small chuckle. "Of course... though I'd still like it if you could just trust me..." the tatzlpony says, walking off towards the living room. "Well, whenever you are ready, or if you need help, I'll be reading a bit." ***

13:29 GyroTech gives a small nod before dashing down to the bathroom. He struggles a little harder to get to the sink this time, and the sound of bottles being knocked over ecos to the living room, followed by an "Ooops!" Still, he then turns to run the brush through his hair smiling. ***

13:30 Zuthal had just sat down on the couch and taken out a book as he hears the noise of bottles being knocked to the ground, making the tatzlpony jump to his hooves and rush towards the bathroom. "Are you alright? What was that noise just now?" ***

13:34 GyroTech nods and then shouts out, "Ya, Im alright. Some bottles just fell all by themselves and shattered on the ground. I think its fine though. It smells really good now." He then turns to the mirror and begins to fix his mane. ***

13:36 Zuthal walks into the bathroom to see that the colt had somehow managed to knock down his bottles of various herbal and flower extracts, making the stallion scowl at him. "Didn't your parents teach you to be careful with other ponies' things?" ***

13:42 GyroTech pouts, trying to put on a puppydog face once more. "I promise, I didnt touch them. They just fell on their own. " He then looks back at his mane with a smile. "Oooh, its all done. It looks perfect again," He notes before leaping onto zuthals back. ***

13:46 Zuthal raises a brow at the colt's explanation, not believing him one bit. "Very likely. Well... I guess I'll have to clean that up before I go to bed. Definitely wouldn't want to step into any shards tomorrow. Though it would be very nice if you would help me." ***

13:56 GyroTech sighs and slides down the tatzl's tail out of the small room. "I guess I can...but I promise it wasnt my fault." He looks at the puddle from between his legs and begins to pick up the glass with his horn. The liquids drip off though, as he's not good enough to levitate those as well. ***

13:57 Zuthal sighs at him, shaking his head a bit. "Okay, I'll believe you... though I still wonder what caused them to fall then," he says, picking up a towel as he sees the colt having problems levitating the liquid. "You don't have to worry yourself with the liquid. Just pick up the shards, and I'll wipe it all up." ***

14:03 GyroTech looks around for a trashs recepticle, but doesnt see any within easy distance. Instea he settles for dropping the glass itnto the toilet and flushing it down. "Ya...that stuff is hard to pick up. its all squirmy in my grip." ***

14:05 Zuthal puts the towel to the ground after the colt has picked out all the glass, wiping up the various mixed essences. After he is done with that, he puts the towel into the sink, rinsing it with water to get the various scents out of it. "Yeah... would probably be almost as hard as trying to pick up water with my coils..." ***

14:13 GyroTech wrinkles his nose as the scents get worse, getting aresolized by water rinsing. He sticks out his tongue in a grossed face. "Ugh, thats a bit overwhelming. What is that crap you put in there anyways?" ***

14:17 Zuthal snorts at the colt's words, though he has to admit that it is quite a bit too much. "Well, it's just extracts of various fruits and flowers and herbs that grow here... usually smells quite nice. It's just a bit too much and all at once." ***

14:23 GyroTech pouts his lips at zuthal and holds a nose to cover his snout. "Just...lets go ahead and get out of here...you wanted ot show me something anyways right?" The young colt retreats to the living room. He didnt notice that he was tracking a bit of the goop throughout the house. ***

14:28 Zuthal nods to the colt, getting out of the bathroom, though not before opening the window, closing the door behind him. He does not notice at first that the colt is leaving wet hoofprints on the floor, gently nudging him towards the bedroom. "Mhm, what I want to show you is in there." ***

14:33 GyroTech skitters ahead of zuthal as he's pushed, slowly making his way towards the bedroom as he's nudged. At one point he sees paints out of the corner of his eye and begins to head towards there instead. "Ooh, can I paint something? That sounds fun~" ***

14:39 Zuthal chuckles as the colt immediately picks up on his painting supplies, shaking his head a little. "Maybe tomorrow, it's getting late. But I wanted to show you some of my paintings," he says as he opens up the doors on a wardrobe, showing neat rows of paintings. As one goes through the rows left to right and top to bottom, the quality is seen to be generally improving, and the mood and content changes, from generally happy paintings of the starry sky, a savanna landscape and tunnels bustling with life - all tatzlponies - over images of a town of ponies and griffons to more bleak ones, scenes of battle and destruction, until the last one is quite a detailed portrait of a bat pony mare. ***

14:51 GyroTech folds his ears back and frowns as he's told no but figures he'll just have fun later once zuthal is alseep. "Well...Ugh...alright then...but you better let me." He then looks at the paintings as he enters the room. "Hmmm, those are pretty good. Are those other monsters like you?" He asks, pointing to the savanah. When he gets to the batpony, he oohs, looking at it. "Oh, and who is that?" ***

14:55 Zuthal smiles at the colt's compliment, nodding to him. "Yep, that's all the picture's I've drawn... or at least the ones that are good enough to keep. This one," he says, pointing to the first one, an image of an orange-coated, red-maned tatzlpony mare, "is the first one I found good enough to keep. It's of my mother. And yeah, those are other tatzlponies, and these images are of my homeland. And the bat pony? Her name is Inky... we are a couple, and I really love spending time with her... though she can't come over that often, really." ***

15:06 GyroTech looks over the paintings and takes the one of the batmare off of the stand to look it over a little closer. "Ooh, she's really cute. She looks alot liek this one mare that I'm pretty fond of. Even the hair style and mane tuffs," he explains with a smile. "Her name is Inky too? Thats like that cute mare in my class~" ***

15:08 Zuthal smiles and chuckles at his words, raising his shoulders with a shrug. "Hm... well, the strangest coincidences happen, right? And yes, she is really cute... and not just from how she looks, too. For example, she makes really cute squeaking noises when she sleeps." ***

15:18 GyroTech giggles and clutches the painting to his chest. "Hmm, well...I cant wait to go home tomorrow to talk with my Inky again. She's cuter anyways. He's got these cute little fangs and ear tuffs and we've even kissed before~" he brags with a bit of a blush. ***

16:00 Zuthal chuckles at Gyro, smiling as he thinks of his Inky. "Let's see... fangs check, ear tufts check, and I have kissed my Inky too... and done a lot more with her..." he says with a bit of a blush of his own. ***

16:16 GyroTech frowns and twists his face into one of confusion, folding an ear flat and raising an eyebrow. "What do you mean alot more with her? LIke dates? I've taken Inky on pletny of htsoe as well." ***

16:18 Zuthal blushes some more and shakes his head. "No, I mean like, uhm... well, sleeping together. And other things grown-ups do when they love each other. I shouldn't really be the one telling you about that, though... you should ask your parents about it if you want to know." ***

16:32 GyroTech frowns even deeper and says, "My parents wont let me have Inky sleep over like the will with all my other friends. But I'm a grown up. How do I show Inky that I love her like that? Cause, I really love her`" ***

16:34 Zuthal smiles at him, giggling a little bit. "Well, I assume all of your other friends are colts, right? Then I can see a reason. And as for showing her you really love her... the way we do it is that we make something for the one we love. A poem, a painting, a sculpture, something like that. But it has to be made all by yourself." ***

16:40 GyroTech shakes his head and groans at zuthal. "Well...I mean yes, but why does it matter if Inky is a filly? I like her just the same. And you arnt telling me thats whayt grownups do together when they love each other. That's something I'd do for her..." He points out astutely. ***

16:42 Zuthal giggles some more and shrugs at the colt. "And I won't tell you what grown-ups do when they love each other. But that is how you could show her you love her. And well... it is because there are some things ponies do together, and it's usually a mare and a stallion, that you are just too young to know about." ***

16:48 GyroTech sighs and folds his hooves into a pout. "Why wont you tell me what grownups do? I'm plenty grown up. What do us stallions do with mares? I want to know!" He says, begining to throw a bit of a tantrum. "Cmon tell me!" ***

16:49 Zuthal gets a stern look on his face, shaking his head. "No. You're obviously not grown up enough to learn about it. And besides, if anyone tells you about it, your parents should, not some pony you met in the forest." ***

16:55 GyroTech pulls the painting close to his body and gets a bit of a mischevious look on his face. "Oh cmon, I think your Inky would be seriously disapointed if you didnt tell me..." He backs away, still tracking the scent on the floor, holding the frame in a menacing pose. ***

16:59 Zuthal shakes his head sadly at the colt, slowly moving towards him. "No, I think she would rather be disappointed if I did tell you things you are just too young to know. Now put down the painting, go to bed, and forget about this." ***

17:03 GyroTech backs up till he rests up agaisnt the wall, clutching the painting tight to him. "D-dont make me set it on fire. Just...just tell me about what adults do. What's the big deal? I just wanna show Inky that I love her!~" he says sternly. ***

17:04 Zuthal glares at the colt, quickly walking towards him now. "If I were you, I would not do that. It will be /very/ bad for you if you damage it in any way, understood?" he asks in a menacing tone, not acknowledging the colt's other words. ***

17:09 GyroTech begins to glow his horn , surounding the painting as well as it begins to heat up. He clutches it tight to him, looking very intense. "Just let me know what is going on and then I'll let it go. I just want to know what to do with Inky." ***

17:11 Zuthal lets out a little gasp as he sees the painting surrounded in a magical aura, and without any warning, he uses his hooves and wings to propel himself towards the colt, figuring that either the dodging or the impact would break the focus of his magic. ***
