19:47 ColwynDrevaste jumped at the sound, and the flash as a streak of white hot lightning arced across the sky, with it gain the dark clouds of a storm. Smaller than he normally was, the emerald scaled male was in a state of heightened awareness, knowing that almost anything could eat him now. If he were to lose a limb now, he knew that he would likely have no time to regrow it before something else smelled blood and sought to make a meal of him. So he made his way carefully through the mountains, hoping to find some secluded cave along the path to hide from predators and think of a way to get out of his current predicament. Hours before when he had been full size, he had seen a good place in the mountainside to use for a campsite. If only he could get there before the storm hit, he'd be safe for awhile.

19:56 Serilde found herself camped out in a cave durring the heavy storm raging outside of the cave she found herself taking shelter in. The large golden brown formel was presently serving as a corrier, carrying with her a rather important package that had been entrusted with her. It seemed though, that for the moment, her journey would be delayed, as flying in the rain could lead to unwanted accidents. She was deep enough that any creature coming inside would fail to see the light of her fire, and the coal she burned was rather smoke free.

20:11 ColwynDrevaste , an emerald green scaled half dragon made his way for the cave in leaps and bounds once he felt the sprinkling of water upon his head, back and his wings. Knowing that he'd have to hurry or make camp in some place far less warm, he spread open his wings and flew for the cave entrance. At the size of a small bat, one might have mistaken him for one – and he failed to see the light within the deepest part of the cave. It was nearly too late when he finally saw it, and he quickly back-winged and grasped for one of the small stalagmites hanging from the ceiling. Below him was a gryphon, and he wasn't too keen on meeting it. But as he heard a boom of thunder, he knew that he couldn't exactly leave either. As fear welled up inside him, Colwyn's scent grew stronger. One of petrichor and fear.

20:22 Serilde sits infront of the crackling fire, half dozing as the storm raged, and so she didnt knotice the little dragon as it fluttered into the cavern. Her pretty wings remain splayed out upon the ground as she sat directly below Colwyn, paying him no mind. She begins to notice a bit of a hunger welling up within her, however, growing more towards the forefront as the storm dragged on.
The smell was subtle at first, but as Colwyn remained there, it steadily grew stronger, making the formel slowly aware of a presence. Her beak arches up into the air, sniffing and snuffling to figure out where it came from, and following the scent his eyes glanced up towards the stalagtight he was on. She hadnt spotted him quite yet, but her eyes train on where he most certainly is.

20:31 ColwynDrevaste 's scent was like the such that one smelled right after a rain storm, for he didn't have a normal body odor that most species were probably used to. It was a very draconic scent, and it was far from unpleasant. But as she moved her head, Colwyn noticed that her beak had begun to angle up towards him, and he gripped the stalactite with all of his might, but he still began to slip down towards the point, and closer to the gryphon. Hs fluttered his wings to try and maintain a good height, but finally the stone gave way and he began to plummet towards her...

20:40 Serilde had mostly smelled the fear exuding off of him, but the other scents give her a sense that she might not be dealing with a mammal or bird. She detects a flicker of movement up in the shadows, and then lets out a soft growl as his wings flare, trying to drive the creature out of his hding. As the rock crashes down in front of her, she brings a talon down on the fey, clutching him in her sharp claws and digging down into the flesh. "Well then, hwat have we here?" She asks, mostly to herself as she figured it to be nothing more than a prey animal.

20:44 ColwynDrevaste fell down into her talons, and he felt the gripping sensation around him as the paw clenched. Then a sharp pain erupted from his side, as the 'thumb' claw pierced through the side of his abdomen. With a heavy grunt, he reached for the finger and tried to desperately force it out of his side. "Let me go dammit! I am not food!" He yelled. Not only that, but he was also armed with a small knife, sword, bow and crossbow. Not to mention that harness he wore for clothing - it was far from just some other prey animal.
