K'Aazast is a master of the shapeling arts, and so can either alter themselves to have a slit or a vulva depending on their mood.
Dick
When they have a dick, it's hidden in a slit until they're aroused. Is got a mild tapered shaft that hooks out, ending in a slight tip, with barbs fleshy barbs along it. It's blue in color and bioluminescent.

He has fully internal balls, not visible at all from the outside.

K'Aazast is a cat, and by that right they're temperamental. When they're in the mood, they're really in the mood, however. They can sense their partner's desires through their empathic abilities and suit themself to match.
The shapeling arts give them the quite a bit of flexibility in their biology, allowing them to choose what sexual bits they have with about 10-15 minutes of effort, and they can make even more exotic changes to themselves should they and their partner desire it.

K'Aazast has a very feline mouth structure, with similar teeth and jaws. Blue flesh lines the insides and it glows dimly.
Stomach
The stomach is like any other and digests things, and they can't bring stuff back up voluntarily. The dim glow of the stomach walls do give prey the opportunity to see themselves, and with the cat's telepathic nature, they will be able to be communicated with as well.
The Rest
Everything else proceeds as normal, through the small intestine, the large intestine, and then out.

Details
As a lampcat, he is a capable predator, pouncing on smaller creatures and easily swallowing them down. He loves to taunt his prey by sending them teasing images in their mind after they're caught. He may toy with his meals before eventually swallowing them down.
He can alter his biology and make himself far more stretchy as well, or coming up with other adaptations that allow him to deal with larger treats. There is something satisfying in proving that the cat is on top of everyone else.
Of course, he is still rather small and even the most well adept cat can find themselves on the wrong side of a larger predator. He will yowl and struggle all the way down, though, with much indignation.
