Mouth
K'Aazast has a very feline mouth structure, with similar teeth and jaws. Blue flesh lines the insides and it glows dimly.
Stomach
The stomach is like any other and digests things, and they can't bring stuff back up voluntarily. The dim glow of the stomach walls do give prey the opportunity to see themselves, and with the cat's telepathic nature, they will be able to be communicated with as well.
The Rest
Everything else proceeds as normal, through the small intestine, the large intestine, and then out.

Details
As a lampcat, he is a capable predator, pouncing on smaller creatures and easily swallowing them down. He loves to taunt his prey by sending them teasing images in their mind after they're caught. He may toy with his meals before eventaully swallowing them down.
He can alter his biology and make himself far more stretchy as well, or comign up with other adaptations that allow him to deal with larger treats. There is something satisfying in proving that the cat is on top of everyone else.
Of course, he is still rather small and even the most well adept cat can find themselves on the wrong side of a larger predator. He will yowl and struggle all the wya down though, with much indignanty.
